1- Tell me something about yourself in brief ?

Good Morning Sir/Mam,


Firstly, Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

I am Kuldeep Kumar , I am 22 years old.

I am from Dibiyapur , but I am currently living in Noida . And I have completed my graduation from.
Kanpur University . In my family there are 8 members , my father is a farmer, My mother is a
housewife . My hobbies are reading the newspaper and watching movies .
That's all about me.

2- Where do you see yourself five years from now?


In five years, I would like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibility, knowledge, and
skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality and taking decisions for this organization
and encourage my juniors to give their best.

3-What are your strengths and weaknesses ?


My strength is to be an honest, self-motivated and hardworking boy with a positive attitude towards
my career and my life .

My weakness is I am a bit lazy which I am not interested in , I can't say no to people, it sometimes
backfires .

4- What is the difference between hard work and smart work?


"Hard work" gives you experience and "Smart work" comes with experience. There is no Smart work
without Hard work.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?


Working at Night and Weekend does not matter but how much knowledge we gain from that is a
matter.

5- Why do you want to work at our company?

It's my pleasure to work in a reputed company and your company is one of them, it's a big
opportunity for me to improve my skills, my knowledge and my talking way and it is very good for me
to learn from my seniors and it's a golden chance for me to prove itself.

6- Can you work under pressure?


Yes, I can work under pressure because I think pressure makes a man more confident and efficient,
you can show your ability that will be helpful for achieving company growth .

7- Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes, I would like to relocate to support my company as well as my job. It's a great opportunity to
work with different kinds of people and it explores knowledge.

8- Why should I hire you?

Sir/Mam, I am a fresher and I don't have any work experience and I need a good platform to show
my skills and talent and I think this is the best place for me if you hire me I will put my 100% efforts
to your organization.

9- What are your short term and long term goals ?

My short term goal is to get a job in a reputed company and improve my self knowledge and
combination skills also.

My long term goal is the highest possible position in that company and my parents only smile face in
those lifetime .

10- What motivates you to do good job?

My parent's hard work and their desire to look me in a well-settled position will inspire me a lot
to do a good job.

11- What makes you angry?


Getting angry is human nature but controlling that is the key to success. I usually take
everything in a really sportive manner except when someone says something against my
family. I really love my family a lot and I can't hear anything bad against them

12-How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I will be working for your company as long as your company will value my efforts and work
that I put in for your company.

13- How much salary do you expect?

As a fresher, my first priority is to get placed in a reputed organization like yours though the
salary is not an important factor I am happy with company norms.
14- Tell me something about our company.

It is one of the fastest growing company in India. The work environment of company is good.
People feel so proud to work on this company as company provides full support to the
employees.

15- On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate yourself as a leader?

"I will rate myself an eight because I value strong technical capabilities but, just
like most people, I have things to learn. My strongest technical skills are in the
Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint."
16- Are you an organized person?

Yes , I like to have most of my next day planned so I know what needs done and
it gives structure to my day

17 - If you won a Rs.10-crore lottery, would you still work?

I will work even if I am made the king of this world, money can never buy my
attitude because it was not money who made work but it is work which makes
everything even money.

18- On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer ?

Thank you for giving this opportunity but I think this is not my place to tell
you because you are a experienced person but if you are giving me the
opportunity for these question then I will give 9/10 because there is
always be a scope of improvement.

19- What are the three things that are most important for you in a job?

1. Sea of skill& knowledge

2. Good working environment

3. Fair chance of growth.

20- Give an example of a time you had to respond to an unhappy manager/ customer/
colleague professor/ friend ?\
Personally, I am not too fond of conflicts. I don’t like it when people are mean, so I try to
avoid

conflicts and tongue-lashing as far as possible. In case such a situation arises, I let my
seniors or

professors handle it. I cannot recollect the exact situation right now, but that’s what I have
done in the past .

21. Are you open to take risks? or Do you like experimenting?

It is always good to venture into new waters and new


technologies. I am a very adaptive person

and my diligence helps me pick up new stuff quickly. Experimenting or taking risks can
yield both
good and bad results, but the exercise in itself is a great learning experience. Such
experiences

generate experts and I want to become an SME or a JAVA subject matter expert
someday

22. Why should we hire you? or Why should I hire you?


Sir/mam, I have great communication skills, desired
experience and the requisite skill set for this job role. If I
get a chance to showcase my abilities, I will leave no
stone unturned with my commitment to hard work and
dedication.
23.Do you have a good work ethic?
I am quite disciplined as a person, and I believe in doing
my work in a planned and organized manner. A well
thought out plan and discipline in execution is the
foundation of high-quality work

How do you deal with feedback and criticism?
To err is human, and I too have faltered at times in
interpreting a client's/company’s briefings and/or
expectations. However, maintaining a cordial
relationship with the clients as well as with my seniors
helps me discuss and resolve the gaps without any fear or
distress.

25 How do you work under pressure?


Can you handle the pressure?
Working under pressure is what I have done a lot during
my college days. I have realized that I can actually work
well under pressure. It is the pressure factor that brings
out maximum efficiency in me.
