This year, I joined the ABC HCM Implementation as their Talent lead.
ABC is a global communications client supporting 250,000 employees in 69 countries. As part of this project, we're deploying
Cloud with the exception of Benefits.
I played a large role in coordinating the preparation and facilitation of our final deliverable review and acceptance regarding
plans with the VP of Talent at ABC. The review went well and we were able to gain acceptance on five deliverables ahead of
Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Workbook & Visio Flow, Test Scenarios, Test Execution, Training Material (a $3M
