TITLE:
Write a note on PC optimization techniques.
Optimization of a Personal Computer:
Optimization of a personal computer means that to improve the
performance of a computer by addition of various parts or by
means of software for smooth performance. A computer
performance can be enhanced by means of software as well ad
by addition of various parts explained in detail below

Types of Optimizations:
Optimization of a PC can be done by two means
1. Software
2. Hardware

Software:
A PC can be optimized by means of software, if some software
such as an antivirus is installed. Then it can protect PC from
harmful viruses and eventually can improve its performance.
Software optimization is further explained below

1. Installation of Antiviruses :
Installation of antiviruses can protect PC form harmful viruses
and can keep it sooth and running properly. They can even
protect PC form any foreign computer attacks commonly done
via internet. Commonly used antiviruses are Avira, Avast,
eScan etc

2. Installation of Updates :
Updates of a window or any other OS are frequently uploaded
via service providers. This makes a PC updated and fully
functional. Such updates optimize the computer.

3. Installation of different plug-ins :

In computing, a plug-in is a software component that adds
specific features to a existing computer programme. Installation
of different plug-ins also increases the performance of a PC.

4. Cleaning up hard drive:

Cleaning up hard drive of junk files can improve the PC
performance.

Hardware:
Hardware optimization of a PC is every important and it
improves the performance of a computer.
Hardware optimization includes the following techniques

1. Installation of Graphics Card:

Graphics card also known as gaming or videos card is
commonly used to improve the graphics of a computer.
Graphics are improved by a Graphics card by diving a screen
into smaller pixel more the pixels more clear the graphics are.
Graphics card is installed in a computer in allotted slot.
Graphics cards are used in playing game as they improve the
picture and video quality and enhance the gaming experience.
Now a day’s Graphic cards are also used in Crypto currency
mining.
Graphics card has its own processor which process the images
videos or any displayed content and improve its quality.
 2. Upgrading RAM:
RAM is known as random access memory and it’s a volatile
memory, which means that the store information is lost when
there is no power or PC is switched off. Upgrading or
installation of more ram compatible to the computer can also
optimize the performance of a computer. Upgrading a ram can
let us multitask without any lagging or hanging.

3. Increasing the capacity of Hard

drive :
Increasing the hard drive capacity can let a person save more
data in computer. Less the memory capacity less data will be
saved

4. Upgrading processor:
Increase in processor can let PC to process more things easily
in less time. Upgrading the processor is one of important
technique in optimization of a computer.

5. Using water cooling:

Water cooling is new and effective way of optimizing PC
performance. This water cooling system cools down the
processor while is heavily processing. This don’t let processors
or heat up and keeps the processing smooth. This is very good
optimization techniques

6. Using SSD hard drive:

SSD known as solid state drive is improved and updated
version of hard drive. An SSD does function everything a hard
des but data is instead stored on interconnected flash memory
