Provide consultative services to ensure timely onboarding of new employees, data quality and alignment
between HCM systems - Workday and SAP HR to support 17,000 global employees and 5,000 contingent
worker population. Projects include:
 Workday to SAP Interface Optimization: As HR Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with HR
Technology, HR IT, and offshore resources to identify requirements. Perform user testing in Workday
and SAP HR to approve configuration changes.
 Contingent Workforce Management System Migration from Metastorm to Fieldglass
system: Extract, analyze and perform data mapping. Format files for data conversions.
Collaborate with Vendor (Bartech) and technical teams to reconcile conversion files. Validate data
loads in HCM.

 Transition & Risk Assessment Tools implementation in Salesforce: Served multiple roles to

weekly meetings with Payroll, Call Center Managers, HR Manager and Integration Team to identify
and resolve integration issues.
 Other: Supported Workday Onboarding & Provisioning Process (in SEC1 system), Workday
integration with Oracle B.I. System, Annual Employee Survey, Workday integration with DocuSign
and Web Portal. Managed HR project resources and budgets in TFS Enterprise Resource Tracking

ERP Consultant/Project Manager
Provided internal consultative/project management services to support global HR applications, interfaces
and processes. Collaborated with HR Business Owners and I.S. teams to research/analyze and
recommend technical solutions that provide best business practices and best meet business
requirements. Project management duties included requirements gathering, scoping, fit/gap analysis,
budget/resource/timeline management, status updates and communications to stake holders and
impacted user communities. Also coordinated and conducted weekly status meetings to ensure issues

to reduce timeline from 6 (six) to 4 (four) weeks; thus a cost savings and timely
onboarding of employees.
 Contingent Worker Information Systems in Metastorm BPM: Led SAP and Metastorm
technical teams to implement Metastorm BPM as a Contingent Workforce Management tool.
Scope included Metastorm application design and development, integration with SAP HR (via
webservices), workflow, testing, data mapping and conversion, technical/functional specification
documentation, and training. Coordinated data conversion with Regional business resources.
Automated and standardized global processes and practice. Minimized SOX audit
failures.
 SuccessFactors Performance Management System: Managed technical team to implement
a new global Performance Management system, integration with SAP HR and Single Sign-On.
Collaborated with the vendor and HR business to identify business processes, workflows, user
permissions, and translations (Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Portuguese). Developed
technical specification document for SAP interface, ensured program was tested and documented,

coordinated User Acceptance Testing. Automated and standardized global processes and
practices.
 Mobile Personal Profile and Leave Request: Ensured timely implementation of web mobile
Employee Self Service applications for U.S., UK and France.
 SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS): Ensured timely
implementation of SAP Leave Request ESS and MSS for UK and France. Eliminated the manual
administration of leave requests by HR; thus enabling employees and managers to
submit requests and approve online.
 Costa Rica Master Data Cleanup: Analyzed HR master data to determine issues.
Recommended project plan and timeline to resolve Basic Pay data conflicts with Work Schedules
and Payroll Interface issues. Coordinated data analysis with local HR team and Payroll Vendor
(Exactus/Softland), and delivered onsite HR user training. Re-engineered HR business processes
to optimize system functionality and ensured legal compliance with Costa Rica laws. Established
best practices and processes; thus eliminated dual/manual processing, which reduced

 Asia Pacific SAP HR Security Cleanup: Revamped SAP HR Security ensure appropriate SAP
HR authorizations and segregation of duties in 14 countries. Performed extensive analysis and
mapping of Asia Pacific’s Security roles, gaps, and role changes. Standardized role naming
convention and HR authorizations across the region; thus ensured appropriate access
and segregation of duties.
 Outsourced Vendor Management - HR Production Support: Provided guidance and
mentoring to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) were met. Conducted weekly reviews to
monitor SLAs, identify reasons for failures, resolutions and communication with the business was
appropriate. Increased team efficiency and ultimately customer satisfaction survey
ratings.
 Acquisitions/Mergers and Divestitures: Led HR technical team and interfaced with HR
Business and Core Project Team to assess infrastructure and HR data requirements. Coordinated
employee data files and conversions with Corporate HR, infrastructure team, and third-party
vendors to ensure employees were divested or integrated on company network, HR/Payroll and
Benefits systems as per timeline. Received awards for successful and timely integration of
SkinMedica’s HR/Payroll/Benefits (within 8 weeks). Other acquisitions – Inamed, MAP
 Identity & Access Management: Lead HR Technical team to ensure successful implementation
of SAP HR integration with new Identity Manager system in 2011; and then to migrate to new
Identity Manager landscape and processes in 2014. Worked with technical team to document AS-
IS and TO-BE HR business processes, developed technical specifications, tested HR business
processes, workflows and integration with SalesForce, OKTA, Active Directory, Sharepoint, and MS
Outlook. Streamlined and automated global processes, which substantially decreased
onboarding time for new users.
