Serving Ciber clients in a Project Manager/Consulting role, fully responsible for the success of multiple large scale HCM enterprise
wide implementations of PeopleSoft/Oracle/ADP/SAAS projects ranging from $1 to $15 million. Roles and responsibilities included:
Full life cycle implementation and support of HR/HCM full suite deployments for multiple fortune 500 corporate clients.
Assembling and guiding project teams, developing project proposals, project plans, budget and project staffing requirements, and
identifying resource plan, defining tasks, roles, responsibilities, and project milestones and delivery schedule.
