MicrosoftOracle ERP upgrade from , including preparing Business care, Approvals from Management and
Board, facilitating user group sessions with stakeholders/SMEs, RFPs, Evaluate alternate cost effective
options, Risk analysis & management, Vendor Selection, Vendor management, Program management
Executive and leadership communications and overall project Management and implementation.

♦ Need for speed Supply chain and Logistics Business Initiatives – Direct and lead projects to provide dynamic

♦ Customer service unified communications and eDoc– Provide Unified communications VOIP to CSR for
Order Entry via emails, faxes, phones and queue these interactions to CSR in priority and load
sharing/balance to meet customer SLAs of 3 rings or respond back within couple of hours for faxes/emails.
Also implement eDoc for Sales orders, Order Ack, POs, BOL and a doc archival/retrieval and tracking system.

♦ Oracle Identity Manger (OIM) and Single Sign on with JDE ERP – On-boarding, Applications provisioning, AD

applications from over 7 days to less than 2 days after implementation of the system across all users.

♦ JDE Applications team lead - Global roll-out of ERP JDE One World modules include Procure to Pay, Order to

and inventory cut over was done across all locations with close to 100 % accuracy and involved interactions

♦ Independent Consultant at Williams Sonoma, San Francisco, CA 2002 - 2003 Optimized the retail systems
