My Ideal Job -Restaurant

Manager
In this report I will discuss about my ideal job as Restaurant Manager and I
will make a description and also, I will talk about resources which can help me to find
my job of dreams. A manager should be organized, determined, intelligent and
competent, qualities that I achieved over time. They should have interpersonal skills
and the ability to motivate employees.
The main responsibilities of a manager are to coordinate the staff, to increase
the profitability of the restaurant in accordance with the objectives set together with
the direction and to manage and develop customer relations. Moreover, he can bring
magic and emotion, make each person feel unique – in fact this is the most important
thing. In the case of a luxury restaurant, many think that the atmosphere is too cold,
too strict - he has to fight this image. He must maintain the privacy of the client,
helping him to spend pleasant moments, respecting the service and showing off the
art of serving.
In these days one of the most common words in the vocabulary is
“management”. This can be learned from books or can be learning at the workplace.
Management is means to coordinate and support all the process that can be carried
out within restaurant. Basically, it means to doing everything, adjusting things
constantly and also keeping in touch with staff.
I like this job because I am a dynamic person, I have ability to motivate a team
and also, I have an excellent communication skill. At the moment I have experience
in this field and I possess some knowledges about how can I manage a restaurant.
Involves a lot of responsibility, creativity and organisation skills.
I would love to work for a famous restaurant where can I have a big team to
coordinate but if I will have enough financial resources, I'd like to open my own
business, my own restaurant. In this way I could coordinate all the work from hiring a
qualified staff to organizing the menu.
In this position I will be responsible for managing and leading restaurant, I will be
responsible for different tasks like restaurant marketing strategies, hiring and
recruiting staff, training, developing menus and serving and greeting guests.

 After four years when I will degree, I will accomplish all requirements to apply
for a position as Restaurant Manager and I think the system will be improved and
upgraded and will have a positive impact on people. I think as well will be a
competition for a position like that being very well paid.

that place where I make friends and I expect people to understand me and help me,
and I in turn give everything I can. The ideal job is for me that place where I can put
all my energy without knowing that in the end I'm going to lose.
Like as Restaurant Manager I can have opportunity to show my leader skills
and also a good teamwork. I can demonstrate my organizational skills, the ability to
develop and communicate organizational objectives in support of the company's
strategy and mission and the ability to enhance team involvement. I can also
manage conflicts, sometimes conflicts can occur in the workplace. If this is not
properly managed, it can lead to altered relationships between employees and result
in major effects on organizational culture and even productivity. I also have the ability
to help others develop professionally and can motivate them.
As a conclusion to get what you want you have to be involved, you have to be
patient and invest in yourself, studying and assimilating all the information necessary
to get where you want. After graduating from College, I am sure that I will achieve
my goal, I will be able to work for a successful restaurant or even having my own
business. The most important thing is to fight for your dream, to invest in you, in your
development and definitely you will have your ideal job!
