 Next day Spray a layer of bituminous prime coat
on the binder coarse surface

Compact using a Paver and Tire and Tandem

-40mm thkbinder coarse
 A week thermoplastic road line and arrow to be
constructed on the wearing coarse by a roadline
machine
 Intallation of road sigage

Road Curb
 leveling left and right road side
 Mixing concrete using mixer
 Pour the concrete along side of the road except
the concrete pavement area
 manual installation precast concrete curb and
joint with cement mortar
 Paint the road white and black

Concrete Pavement
 Excavate 250mm depth and compaction of
excavated subgraded surface (Backhoe and T10
Roller
 Stockpile for the disposed soil and tipper truck
used
 Lay, Spread, Level and Compact using a
backhoe and 10T Roller :
-100mm thk sub base (Sand)
 Place 0.25mm thk polysthene sheet prior
formwork installation
 Install formwork bracing and support for:
- the side of concrete pavement
- constrution joint at 6m lenght as per AFC
Drawing
 Place 2 layers of BRC A10 with an overlapping a
minimum of 150mm
 Rebar spacer placed at the bottom and in
between of BRC Layer
 Pouring ready mix concrete (grade 30) using a
45T mobile crane.
 Sika joint sealant to be filled along the expansion
and constructio joint

Barrier Gate
 Excavated soil

 Lif and install pre-cast footing usig a boom truck
 Installed barrier gate
 Backfilled the surrouding area

RC Sump
 Excavate the soil for the required depth
 Lay, Level and Compact using a backhoe and
10T Roller :
-150 thk road base (Crusher run)
 50mm thk of lean concrete poured on the
compacted hardcore
 Check the level prior RC sump installation
 Lift and Install using a crane
 Backfill surrouding sump area and compact it
 Ecavate pipe trenching (600mm width) from th
new sump. Excavation accrosing existing road is
required
 100mm diameter ows pipe layed and backfiled
done with T10 Roller
 Patch up road with a a same method used in
makig new road

Duct Bank
 Exacavated soil to the required depth
 Lay, Level and Compact using a backhoe and
10T Roller :
-150 thk road base (Crusher run)
 50mm thk of lean concrete poured on the
compacted hardcore
 Installed base formwork ad rebar c/w pipe sleeve
 Pour concrete grade 30 by 25T mobile crane
 3 days curinng with gunny sack use
 Remove sidework and backfill with existing soil

Valve Box
 Excavating soil backhoe or manual with required
dept
 Lay, Level and Compact using a backhoe and
10T Roller :
-150 thk road base (Crusher run)
 50mm thk of lean concrete poured on the
compacted hardcore
 Installed base formwork and rebar
 Pour concrete grade 30 by 25T mobile crane

 Install rebar, formwork and step ladder rung for

wall
 Pour concrete grade 30 by 25T mobile crane
 Apply sealant in between pipe and concrete wall
 Backfill

Street Lighting & Small Power Receptacle

 Excavated soil prior to the installation pole
foundation
 level and compact ground base
 Install lightinting pole foundation and check
level
 Lift the pole using crane and mount it usng a bolt
connection
 Excaveted cable trenching(900Dept) using a
backhoe
 Install cable with a sand backfill
 Intall cable slab marker with a backfill up to the
ground level then compact it
 Install small piwer receptacle C/W steel support
on the concrete pavement
