1.6 The state Commission set up with 18 members, in accordance with the Mongolian government
resolution No. 151 dated on 28 October, 2015 by the State Secretary of Ministry of Road and
Transport Development, according to the state Resolution No. 02/466, inspected this road structure
on 26 October, 2015. Upon inspection, the state commission checked out the execution of the work,
quality and related acts and documents on site.
1.7 The construction has started on August 2015 in accordance with 05/13 plan, and completed
construction on 15 October, 2015.

2.1 Authorized permission No. for 1,22 km Road construction en route Intersection west of
School number 118, Khoroo 8, Khan-Uul District to hilltop for permanent operational use;
2.2 The construction was made in accordance with the Drawing and deemed possible to be used for
Road purposes for Khan-Uul district governor office and put to permanent operational use (production,
service, residential) on 20 November, 2015;
2.3 Commission requires:
Contractor to:
Transferring the original Commission Act to Put Into Operational Use and other relevant documents to
Archive and document copies to the user entity within 14 days.
Client to:
A) In accordance with user rules of construction, the Client shall diversify the private documents;
B) In accordance with user rules of construction, the Client shall maintain the construction in
continuous basis to ensure normal use.
2.4 Commission act contains 3 pages, meeting minutes contain 3 pages, commission assignment
achievement list contains 6 pages, construction documents, document lists are attached.
