plastic push pins across the top edge and gray plastic attaching clips across the bottom. Release the

opening. Pull the part back and out to slide it out from behind the center section.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in mate-
rial, workmanship or finish for Twenty-Four (24) months from the date of shipment by E&G. This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at E&G Classics option, of the defective part or
product.

To obtain performance under this warranty you must:

1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to return
unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for return
must have been purchased within the Twenty-Four (24) months. All returns require an au
thorization number obtained from E&G and the actual return must be accompanied by the
written authorization form filled out completely. All merchandise must be inspected upon
receipt and shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a resalable con-
dition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If original packing is
no longer usable, repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns are subject to
a 25% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable. Defective merchandise must
have an explanation of the problem. No credit will be issued unless invoice number and
date of purchase has been supplied. Manufacturer shall be sole judge of defects in a prod
uct.
4.) UPS accounts - All returns must be prepaid. Do not send return shipments freight collect.
Once E&G has made its decision and it is a claim against our warranty policy, E&G will cred-
it incoming freight on damaged parts.
5.) No discontinued part or parts changed due to body style are returnable.

4. Use a 5/16” drill bit to drill through the existing hole in
the rocker panel and into the plastic wheel well for future
factory plastic push fastener installation.
7. Use a 1/4” drill bit to drill through the two holes in the
rocker panel and through the plastic wheel well for future
E&G supplied black plastic push fastener installation.
5. Align the front rocker panel, making sure it is tight
against the front wheel arch. Use a .125”(1/8”) drill bit to
drill the upper mounting hole located in the arch transi-
tion (see arrow) for 5/8” truss head screw installation.
8. Remove the lower front push pin from under the front
bumper cover. Align the front whell extension onto the
front fender and replace the factory push pin.

6. Use a 7/64” drill bit to drill through the existing holes in
the bottom of the rear wheel flares for 5/8” truss head
screw installation. Twist the part fore or aft to keep the
flare tight against the wheel arch before drilling.
9. Drill a 7/64” hole through the wheel arch mounting tab
and install a 5/8” truss head screw (not shown). Use a
1/4” drill bit to drill a hole through the existing hole in
the front flare extension and through the plastic inner
fender for future E&G supplied black plastic push fastener
installation.
10. Install 3” long sections of foam tape to the inside of the
wheel flares, 1/2” in from the edge (as shown). The
tape will start 3” up from each edge.
IMPORTANT: Tape must be placed overtop the remain-
ing mounting holes.
13. Use a 764” drill bit to drill the mounting hole for the
5/8” truss head screw (where show). Use a 5/16” drill bit
to drill through the extisting hole in the rear flare and
into the plastic wheel well for future factory push pin
installation.

 PAINTED PARTS INSTALLATION:

Once the paint has fully cured,

begin the final installation. Make sure
you have removed any protective mask-
ing tape that could get caught behind
the parts. Use the steps outlined in the
dry-fitting section of this manual and
the following recommended tips for
permanent installation.

WHEEL FLARE INSTALLATION:

Reinstall the painted wheel flares using

the suplied 1” truss head screws.
