3. 宗旨：在新冠肺炎行动管制期间，提供平台让佛教徒通过不同的佛教才艺，展现和抒发个人的内心世界
或个人的提升。
Objectives: Provide a platform for Buddhists to express their inner world feeling, or for self-improvement during
the period of movement control order due to pandemic COVID-19.
4. 主题：新冠肺炎疫情中，你我深深的祝福
Theme: Our blessings during the COVID-19 pandemic
5. 参加资格：此项活动仅开放给马来西亚公民，年龄不拘

Call for work: Work to be sent via post or email from today till 30 th Jun 2020 (Tuesday) 2400 hrs.
9. 呈交作品方法 Method of submitting works：
（1）所有作品，报名表格及附件，必须在截至日期之前邮寄到马来西亚佛教总会无尽灯编辑部通讯处，
邮址如下：
All works, registration form and attachment need to be submitted before the due date via email to MBA
Everlasting Light Editorial Department.
（需注明：゛佛教才艺观摩赛 ˝ Attn. to: Buddhist Talents Demonstration）

（2）绘画和书法则须分成两个步骤，首先须把作品清楚拍摄下来，把电子档(JPEG)和报名表格邮寄至以
上电邮，然后再把硬体作品邮寄到以下的地址：
For art painting and Chinese calligraphy categories, first need to take the photo of the art painting and Chinese
calligraphy works and emailed the digital photo(JPEG) together with registration form. After email kindly post
the physical copy of the work to the below address:
1824， Taman Kepar, 13600 Prai, Pulau Pinang
（行动管制期间，马佛总办事处暂无法收件，故须寄到以上地址。如有任何更改，将会在《无尽灯》面子书通知）
(MBA office does not operate during the MCO. Thus, the works need to be sent to the above address.
Any changes will be announced in Everlasting Light Facebook page.）
10. 评审：评审团之评审是由主办单位邀请。评审团做出的决定乃是最终的决定。
Judging panel: The judging panel will be invited by the organizer. The judging panel’s decision is final and not
open to appeal.
11. 参加项目：每人可以参加多项项目，唯每一个项目只能呈交一份作品。其作品不曾用于其他比赛、公开
展览或刊登在书报杂志。若主办单位发现参加作品乃二度投稿或设计抄袭，参加者和其所有作品将被取
消参加资格。
Category of participation: Each participant may participate in more than one category, but only allowed to
submit one entry per category. The work submitted by the participants must be originally produced by the
participant, and has not been previously submitted for other competitions, exhibitions, or publications. If any
entry is found to violate these rules, the person and all his/her entries will be disqualified.

12. 参加作品必须符合佛教内涵，健康正面，并且不触犯佛教戒律和国家法令，也不含政治课题或色情暴力
内容。若有违规者，将被取消参与观摩赛的资格。
All entries must be in accordance with the Buddhist themes, wholesome, positive, abide to the Buddhist
precepts and Malaysian laws, avoid politics, sexual or violent contents.
13. 所有参加作品之版权皆属主办单位所有，主办单位保留对所有参加作品用于宣传、推广、展览以及印刷
用途的权利，无需事先征得参加者同意及支付任何版权费用。参评作品无均不退回，请作者自留底稿。
Participants agree to grant the organizer the right to promote, distribute, exhibit, and print his/her entries
without prior notification, and without any charging fee being imposed. Submitted works will not be returned.
14. 所有呈交作品的参与者，均可获得参加证书、纪念品及奖励金。
All participants will receive a certificate, souvenir and monetary award.
15. 主办单位保有修订规则及优秀作品之权利，并无需事先通知。若有任何争议，主办机构单位最终的决定
权。
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and prizes without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the
organizer reserves the right to the final decision.

18. 细则：请参考以下各项目的细则：
Regulations: Kindly refer to the following for the regulation of each category:

（A）佛曲唱颂 Buddhism Hymns

（1） 演奏乐器及唱颂方式不拘，可以翻唱或创作歌曲。
No limitation of music instruments and performance. It can be a reproduced version or newly
composed.
（2） 须自选乐曲，惟作品内容范围不离开新冠肺炎行动管制期间的内心世界，可以包括个人感想、祝
福、感恩、祈福，鼓励或个人的成长心情的歌曲。
Feel free to choose a song of own interest, as long as the context is in the range to express the inner
world, include feeling, blessing, gratitude, encouragement or self-development during MCO.
（3） 可以用任何的摄录方式，把自己唱的歌曲录制起来（影片格式：MOV、WMV、MP4 或 MP3 档
案 ） , 然 后 把 作品 连 同 报名 表格 电邮 和 照 片 到 以上 邮址 。 较 大 的 档 案 建议 通过 we transfer
（https://wetransfer.com/）邮寄到无尽灯编辑部的邮址。
Can use any device to record, and save it in MOV, WMV, MP4 or MP4 format. Then email it together
with the registration form and photo to the email address as aforementioned. For those files with bigger
memory, may be submitted by using we transfer （https://wetransfer.com/） to the Everlasting Light
editorial department’s email address.
（4） 作品限制：视频/录音不超过 10 分钟,或不超过 2GB
Limitation: The video / MP3 should not exceed 10 minutes or not more than 2GB.

 （5） 呈交方式：电邮
Method of Submission: Email
（6） 呈交文件包括：作品音乐档案 + 报名表格 + 附件（一）
Submitted documents include: Music recording clip + registration form + Attachment 1.
（7） 附件（一）：须填上歌名，原唱者，填词人，作曲人和歌词，和 200 至 500 字的文字介绍选唱这
首歌的原因。（WORD 和 PDF 档案各一）。
Attachment 1: need to fill in the details of song title, the lyricist, composer, and lyrics, and write the
reason of choosing this song in 200 to 500 words. (in WORD AND PDF file format each) .

（B）绘画 Art Painting

（1） 接受任何绘画材料的作品，除了电脑绘画。
Accept artwork in any painting material, except generated by computer.
（2） 接受任何尺寸的绘画作品，惟不超过六尺宣纸（180 厘米 x 97 厘米）
No specific size, maximum size not more than 1.8 meter X 0.97 meter.
（3） 绘画作品内容范围不离开新冠肺炎行动管制期间的内心世界，可以包括个人感想、祝福、感恩、祈
福，鼓励或个人成长的心情的绘画。
The concept or message of the art painting must within the range of expressing the inner world, include
feeling, blessing, gratitude, encouragement, or self-development during MCO.
（4） 呈交方式：由于作品会可能用来展览或是刊登用途，和避免作品在邮寄过程遗失，故参与者须先将
作品拍摄清楚(JPEG 格式档案)，把作品照片连同报名表格电邮到无尽灯编辑部，然后再硬体作品
邮寄到以上的地址。
Method of Submission: As the entries might be used in exhibition or publication, and avoid missing during
posting, thus participant need to snapshot their art paint work and send the digital work (in JPEG file
format) together with registration form to the email as above. Then, post the hardcopy of the artwork to
the address as above.
（5） 呈交文件包括：绘画作品 + 报名表格 + 附件（二）。
Submission Documents include: Art paint work + registration form + Attachment 2.
（6） 附件（二）：须填上作品题目，和 200 至 500 字的文字介绍此绘画的内容和想要带出的讯息。
(WORD 和 PDF 档案各一).
Attachment 2: fill in the title, and the message wish to bring out through this art paint in 200 to 500
words. (in WORD AND PDF file format each) .

（C）书法 Chinese calligraphy

（1） 接受任何尺寸的书法作品，惟不超过六尺宣纸（180 厘米 x 97 厘米）。
No specific size, maximum size not more than 1.8 meter X 0.97 meter.
书法作品要表达的内容范围不离开新冠肺炎行动管制期间的内心世界，可以包括个人感想、祝福、
感恩、祈福，鼓励或个人成长的心情的书法。
The Chinese calligraphy context must within the range of expressing the inner world, include feeling,
blessing, gratitude, encouragement, or self-development during MCO.
（2） 呈交方式：由于作品会可能用来展览或是刊登用途，和避免作品在邮寄过程遗失，故参与者须先把
作品拍摄清楚（JPEG 格式档案），把作品照片连同报名表格电邮到无尽灯编辑部，然后再把硬体
作品邮寄到以上的地址。
Method of Submission: As the entries might be used in exhibition or publication, and avoid missing during
posting, thus participant need to snapshot their Chinese calligraphy work, and send the digital work (in

 （4） 附件（二）：须填上 200 至 500 字的文字介绍此书法的内容和想要带出的讯息。(WORD 和 PDF
档案各一)
Attachment 2: fill in the title, and the message wish to bring out through this piece of work in 200 to 500
words. (in WORD AND PDF file format each) .

（D）作文 Essay
（1） 作文题目不拘，惟内容表达范围不离开新冠肺炎行动管制期间的内心世界，可以包括个人感想、祝
福、感恩、祈福，鼓励或个人成长的心情的书法。
The essay contain must within the range of expressing the inner world, include feeling, blessing, gratitude,
encouragement, or self-development during MCO.
（2） 文章可以以中文或英文书写 。
Essay can be written in either Mandarin or English.
（3） 字数 : 小学年龄：300 字以上 Primary School Age Category: 300 words and above
Word count 中学组年龄：800 字以上 Secondary School Age Category: 800 words and above
公开组年龄：1500 字以上 Open Category: 1500 words and above
（4） 手写作品必须以有格 20 X 20 格式至稿纸清楚书写。字迹潦草不易辨认作品，将不列入观摩作品。
Each essay can be submitted in a clearly handwritten form. Illegible submission will not be accepted.
（5） 电脑打字作品需用 WORD,字体大小（font size）为 12 号，行间（line spacing）为 1.5。
For those who wish to use typewritten method, kindly type-write your essay in Microsoft WORD, with the
font size of 12 points and line spacing of 1.5 lines.
（6） 作品的每一页须标注页数，文章末端注明字数。
Please state the total word count at the end of the essay.
（7） 呈交方法 ：邮寄 或 电邮
Method of Submission: Post or Email
（一）邮寄: 请把手写稿件，连同表格，寄到以上地址。稿件将不予退还，故请自行存档。
Post: Hand written essay need post to the above address together with registration form. Submitted essays
will not be returned.
(二) 电邮：请将电脑打字作文之 WORD 和 PDF 档案各一份，连同报名表格电邮到以上邮址。
Email: Essay to be sent by email need to send in Microsoft WORD and PDF each to the above email address.
（8） 呈交文件包括：作文 + 报名表格。
Submission Document: Essay + registration form.

（E） 讲故事 Story telling

（1） 故事题目不拘，惟内容须表达范围不离开新冠肺炎行动管制期间的内心世界，可以包括个人感想、
祝福、感恩、祈福，鼓励或个人成长的心情的书法。
The story contain must within the range of expressing the inner world, include feeling, blessing, gratitude,
encouragement, or self-development during MCO.
（2） 作品限制：视频/录音档案时间不超过 20 分钟，或不超过 2GB。
Limitation: The video / MP3 should not exceed 10 minutes or not more than 2GB.
（3） 可以用任何的摄录方式，把讲故事的作品录制起来（影片格式：MOV、WMV、MP4 或 MP3 档
案）,然后把作品连同报名表格和照片，电邮到《无尽灯》编辑部邮址。较大的档案建议通过 we
transfer （https://wetransfer.com/）邮寄。

阿雀奶奶的故事让我看见了独居老年的暮年常态。也道出了现实社会孤苦
作品想要带出的内容或讯息 无依的独居老人辛酸的一面。
Message to bring out
每个人都会面对日暮西山的人生，我们总会有变老的一天，纵使当下是幸
福的，但当无常降临，这个画面，终究会现在我们面前。

独居老人，无论在物质或精神上的匮乏，都需要我们伸出双手给予援助和
照顾。不管单身、丧偶或无子女的陪伴，他们心灵上的孤寂，更需要我们
温暖的陪伴。

行动管制令期间，很庆幸看见多元种族的马来西亚，在疫情笼罩下，不分
你我、种族、宗教施予这些独居老人援手，给他们派送日常用品。尤其这
几天看见一位我国的回教宗教师，每天不分种族挨家挨户，为这些几乎被
社会遗弃的老人送上温暖的新闻。身为佛教徒的我，为这宗教师的善举发
自由衷的赞叹和感动。

让独居老人生活更安乐，仍需要倾全社会之力不断努力。佛陀的慈悲为怀
精神，需要从佛教徒的言行来体现。不是每个人都有福报种福田。若因缘
具足，您的举手之劳将会为这些孤寂的老人增添生活光彩，给他们带来心
灵上的慰藉。而您，也将从您的善举中体会到这「善心」之伟大和无法言
喻的喜悦。
