Quick Reference Manual for Engineer

Open Internet Explorer

Select Tools → Internet Options → Privacy → Advanced

Select following settings and click OK

Open the following webpage http://www.agfahealthcare.com/global/en/main/
in Internet Explorer

Scroll down and Select “Licensing Portal India” on bottom right of the
webpage.

You will be directed to www.licensing.healthcare.agfa.net

1) Select Downloads to open webpage in new window (tab)

2) Download, Save and Install the appropriate “CodeMeter Control Center” as per your
operating system. (example: CodeMeter Runtime-Kit 5.21b for Windows 32 and 64 Bit (27.9 MB) file of 28MB for
MS Windows OS )

Please Note: Install “CodeMeter Control Center” on customer PC or laptop which will used to
update the license file on the USB Stick (Dongle) using internet.

Please Note: This procedure should be performed only once on FSE Laptop (first installation)
3) (A) Turn OFF the digitiser (CR 10-X) and remove the USB drive (B) as shown below.
4) Connect the USB drive (Dongle) to your laptop (FSE laptop)

5) Run “CodeMeter Control Center” from Program Files and click “WebAdmin”

6) Click Update (Please don’t change the options, it should be as shown below)

7) Click OK (as shown below)

 This will show the current date and time
for all the following 3 parameters

8) Go to www.licensing.healthcare.agfa.net and select User Login

You will be directed to EPS Portal Website

9) Enter your “user id” and “password” and click Login

 10) Note the actual digitizer serial number and update it in the field Digitizer SI No.
(Prefix with Zero “0” if the serial number is less than 6 digits)

11) Click on Fetch details to get customer details.

(Please Note: Make sure customer details displayed on the webpage are matching
with the site address of the premises and actual location of installation. In case of any
mismatch or discrepancy kindly inform local Agfa Service representative)

12) Please Note and manually update the PC Service Tag from NX PC at site and
Dongle ELMS from NX Dongle and click Save

13) Ensure that “Updated Successfully” message appears and only then click on
Generate License
 14) Scroll down further and click on “Activate Selected Licenses Now” as shown below

The system will complete the download process and show the following

15) Only on receiving “License Transfer completed successfully” remove the USB dongle
from PC/Laptop and connect to digitizer before Power ON.
 16) Continue with remaining installation (Refer CR 10-X Installation manual)

Please Note: Installation Engineer must assist the owner (customer) to generate the first
license from the EPS Portal as mentioned from Step No. 8 to 15 of this manual.
Customer has to use the credentials “User Id” and “Password” shared by Agfa HealthCare.
