CANCELLATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THSES PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this ____ day of
2020, by and between:
AGUSTIN C. ANTONIO JR., of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of
Mercedes, Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;
And
RODEL C. MARCOS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Talabaan,
Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER;
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, on June _____, 2019, the parties executed a Deed of Absolute Sale
over the described motor vehicle, to wit :

Which transaction was entered into in the notarial book of notary public JAMES
T. LAO, as Doc No. 196; Page No. 40; Book No. 220; Series of 2019, a copy of which
is hereto attached as “ANNEX A”;
WHEREAS, the parties hereby CANCEL, RESCIND and ANNUL said Deed of
Absolute Sale and declare the same as VOID AB INITIO for failure of the SELLER to
provide the necessary documents needed by the BUYER to transfer the said motor
vehicle under the BUYER’S name;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereby unconditionally CANCEL, RECIND and ANNUL and declare VOID AB INITIO
and without legal effect whatsoever the Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the parties
on __________________, RESOLVED FUTHER, that parties agree to return to status
quo ante;
 WHEREBY Seller shall return the consideration given by BUYER to SELLER,
and BUYER shall return all original documents under its possession to SELLER
designated personnel.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this
CANCELLATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE this ____, day of _____, at the date
and place first above mentioned.

my entire satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale
unto IRENE MARCOS NAVIDA, married, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of
Talabaan, the above described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
