Please accept my application for the opportunity on your website for the Clinical Medical Assistant position. Once I
read the description for this job on Indeed, I knew I had the qualifications and skills for the job. I would be an ideal
candidate for the position, and I will show how hard I can work for this and that I can prove I would be a great
candidate.

Your advertisement on Penn Highlands Healthcare states that I would need a High School Diploma, completion of a
Clinical Medical Assistant Program, NCCT certificate, and experience in administrative office procedures within a
physician’s office. I have graduated and received my diploma. I completed a Clinical Medical Assistant Program
last year in November, got my NCCT certificate, and have been experienced in the physician’s office the last three
years.

One of the responsibilities is to interview patients, and I would be an ideal applicant for this responsibility. I would
make the patients feel as comfortable as possible and make sure that I get all of the questions answered that need to
be answered. Another responsibility is to collect payments from the patients and get it delivered to the DRMC
Business Office. I would be responsible and show that you can trust me to do so. I would collect the correct payment
from each patient and be sure that the business office is the first place I go when the time comes. I would be sure to
secure it and not to lose the payments.

I am confident that I would be able to complete every task and responsibility that I am responsible for while working
at DRMC and that my communication skills would be perfect for interviewing the patients. I am confident that I
have just the skills you are looking for to fill this Clinical Medical Assistant position.
