Creative Writing- Digital Time Capsule

The Spring of 2020 has been an unprecedented time for all of us. In order to record the moment
for the future, address one of the time capsule writing prompts below to help create an eye-
witness account. We will return a compilation of all responses to each participant by email when
we open this “digital” time capsule in the Spring of 2025.

Guidelines

Select one of the writing prompts and create a response.

Your response may be in prose or poetry, or a combination of both.

Submit the response via email to lcopeland@gvboces.org

Make sure to include your email address, your name and school district at the end of your
submission.

Note that the submissions will be shared with all participants when the time capsule is opened.

Submissions are due by May 15, 2020.

2. With everything that is happening now, what do you imagine the future will be like?

3. What have you discovered about yourself during your stay-at-home in the Spring of 2020?
