It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Pearson Williams. My name is Greg
Wuthrich. I am a high school principal and an ecclesiastical leader in the community. I have
known Pearson for the last ten years and over the last few have been closely associated with
him through activities and leadership opportunities. Currently, we both serve together in
leadership positions. During the time, I have come to admire Pearson for his goodness, his
willingness to try, learn and apply what he learns. I admire his willingness and ability to reach
out and help others and most and foremost his willingness to stand up and be accounted for.

Pearson is a learner. He has a growth mindset. He recognizes the value of learning, trying and
learning and trying again, improving each time. Pearson is very teachable. I have seen him as a
young boy overcome a fear of heights. I have seen him grow and become very good at leading
groups of youth. I have seen him lead out in conducting organized meetings of both youth and
adults. All of these can be scary things, even for adults. I have seen him take on tasks, having
confidence in himself and his team that even though they don’t have all the answers, they can
figure things out.

Pearson is a kind and thoughtful young man. He has a very mature awareness and sense of
others. This is one of the qualities that has helped him be an influential leader and an example
to his peers. Pearson is very intelligent and articulate. Pearson has an ability to explain
complicated matters in terms others can understand. He is well studied and can carry on a
conversation with just about anybody. I have been so impressed with him as I’ve watched him
interact with other youth and observed him helping them be included and feel important.

Pearson is dependable. Many times when there is a task to be done, Pearson is one of the first
to respond and is willing to accept the assignment even though it may be difficult. He follows
through with assignments and helps others to follow through. He understands the important
principle of involving others, of delegating to others and then being supportive of their efforts.
He is a young man of conviction who is self-motivated.

I highly recommend Pearson and trust he will be successful in his endeavors. Lucky is the
employer, business or group that has Pearson on their team.
