 1. What type of research would you need to conduct
for Mr. Anil Mehra ?

Answer-

According to this case I would like to conduct

Applied Research because -:

Applied research examines specific set of

circumstances, and its ultimate goal is to relating to
the result of a particular situation such as the applied
research used all the data directly for the real world
application .

It is designed in such a good way that it solve all the

practice problem of the modern world rather than to
acquire the knowledge.
2. What are the steps that you will need to carryout
in your study?

Answer- Steps that we will use to carry out in this

case are -:
Research Problem help us to understand the
likeness of buying the sports daily of different
age groups of the people , profession , income
and education.

Review of the literature – Mr Anil want to come

up with an exclusive sports daily for this he
want to conduct study on the basis of how much
the people like the sports daily.
The hypothesis formulation – relational
hypothesis relationship between the two
variables.
Ho= Attitude of people has an impact on the
purchase of intension of the sports daily.
H1= Attitude of people has an impact on the
purchase intension of the sports daily.
Dependent variable- The variable is to measured
and quantifiable variable in nature . It is most
crucial variable to the be analyzed in a research
study.
 The purchase intension of sports daily
 The demand of the sports in the current
situation.

Independent variables-
 Demographic environment of the consumer
 Attitude of people towards the sports daily
 Objectives:-
 Target the audience
 Price of the daily sports product
 Sports page in the magazine and
newspaper is given or not.
3. What aspect (hint: for this refer to the selection on
feature of a good research study ) would you take into
account while designing the study?

Answer –The research studies can vary from the

loosely structured method is based on the observations
and impressions to the strictly scientific and
quantifiable methods. However, for the researcher to
be of value, it must possess the following
characteristics:

 It should have a clearly started purpose. This not

only refers to the objective of the study , but also
precise definition of the scope and domain of the
study.

 It must follow a systematic and detailed plan for

investigating the research problem . the
systematic conduction also requires that all the
steps in the researcher process are interlinked
and follow a sequence.

 The section of techniques of collecting information

, sampling plans and data analysis techniques
must be supported by a logical justification about
why the methods were selected.

 The result of the study must be presented in an

unbiased , objective and neutral manner.
 The researcher at every stage and at any cost
must maintain the highest ethical standards.

 The reason for the structure , ethical, justifiable

and objective approach is the fact that the
research carried out by you must be replicable.
