Literature Background

The innovations status of security systems nowadays has been on its most

technological advancement.

From the primitive metal locks and door knobs, to complex wireless controlled locks.

According to the RFID Technology in Libraries: A review of Literature of Indian

Perspective, Gupta P., et.al (2017), the implementation of RFID technology in the

developing country like India has brought remarkable improvements in the services

such as shelf charging-discharging, automated handling of materials, security, high-

speed inventory and moved beyond security to become tracking systems that combine

security with more efficient tracking of materials throughout the library, reduced the data

entry errors, enhanced customer service, and record updates.

According to Chow, H., et.al (2012), RFID is a perfect solution which had a

problem in security and monitoring the attendance. In recent years, there has been

considerable interest in employing radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to

support supply chain management for various industries and in institution, according to

Chi-Kong Chan, The RFID technology system provides a cost-effective solution to some

pragmatic requirements and technical challenges.

The evolution of RFID applications in Construction state that RFID technology

has been widely used in the field of construction during the last two decades. Basically,

RFID facilitates the control on a wide variety of processes in different stages of the

lifecycle of a building, from its conception to its inhabitance. Its aim is to facilitate the
identification of pieces of furniture in scanned inhabited environments as presented

(Valero, E., et.al 2015).

Another is the Adaptation and Implementation of RFID, Yusof, M., et.al (2016),

RFID offers tracking capability to locate equipment, supplies and people in real time, and

provides efficient and accurate access to library transactions such as book research,

borrow, book return, etc.

This study is anchored on the theory of Automation which is based on control

theory including robotics, which has evolved by becoming useful and affordable.

Methods have been developed to analyze and design better automation, and those

methods have also been automated. The most important issue in automation is to make

every effort to paying attention to all the details (Maheshwari, A, et,al, 2017).

According to the theory of automation, automation is a way for human to extend

the capability of their tools and machines. Self-operation by tools and machines requires

four functions: Performance detection; process correction; adjustments due to

disturbances; enabling the previous three functions without human intervention.

Development of these functions evolved in history, and automation is the capability of

causing machines to carry out a specific operation on command from external source. In

addition, automation has replaced human effort, eliminates significant labor costs, and

prevents accidents and injuries that may occur.

Another theory is the theory of security based on Systems theory, applying a

more powerful new safety methodology to security risks which states that despites an

enormous amount of effort and resources applied to security in recent years, significant
progress seems to be lacking. New, more powerful safety analysis techniques, based

on systems theory, are being developed and successfully used on a large variety of

systems today, including aircraft, etc.. Systems theory can, in the same way, provide a

powerful foundation for security. An additional benefit is the potential for creating an

integrated approach to both security and safety (Young, W., et.al, 2014).

The state strongly supports the advocacy of conducting relevant researchers.

According to Section 4 Article XIV of the Constitution states that:

It is hereby declared to be policy of the State to promote scientific and

technological research and development, faster invention, and utilize scientific knowledge
as an effective instrument for the promotion of national program progress (Estrada J,
2010).

In the constitution, it is the policy of the State to support any research towards

science and technology that viewed as an instrument to proper national progress. The

government should find out new products and invention and make use of these as aids

to attain the basic government goal which is the progress.

Furthermore, this Republic Act encourages people to be productive by means of

sharing innovative ideas in order to fasten the country’s growth and development. As

the society faces a fast changing development processes. It will contribute efficiently to

the citizens involved. Thus, the government should support this study.
