From April 2018 APU introduced the new Cloud On-Demand

Print (CODP) printing system.

We recommend converting documents to PDF when printing with

CODP. This manual explains how to convert your documents.

How to convert PDFs on Windows OS

This manual applies to the following:

・Windows 10 ・Microsoft Word 2016

Please follow steps 1 – 3 below to convert your document to PDF.

Click [File]
Point In Excel or PowerPoint

●You can follow the same procedure

to convert Excel or PowerPoint files to
PDF.

choose [Create PDF/XPS]. 6

Enter a [File Name],
then click [Publish].

How to convert PDFs on mac OS

This manual applies to the following:

・mac OS 10.12 ・Microsoft Word for Mac 15.14

Please follow steps 1 – 3 below to convert your document to PDF.

Point In Excel or PowerPoint

How to convert PDFs on Android OS

This manual applies to the following:

・Android OS 8.0 ・Microsoft Word 16.0

Please follow steps 1 – 3 below to convert your document to PDF.

Point In Excel or PowerPoint

1 Choose [Allow]
Click [Print] ●You can follow the same procedure to
convert Excel or PowerPoint files to PDF.

NOTE

Please choose whether or not you

[Agree] or [Disagree] yourself.
If you do not select [Agree] you will not
be able to convert your PDF.

Choose [Save as PDF],
then under [Paper size]
tap [PDF].

Enter a [File Name] and
tap [Save].
