A. Equipment
Provision of the required number of trucks, including tarpaulins, tools
and accessories sufficient for each unit, as offered until the
completion of the contract and shall not be used/offered to any party
for the duration of the trucking operations.

Details are as follows:

1. Trucks
LTO Registered Truck for Hire (TH) 10-wheelers or 20-ft trailers
(500 bags capacity) with LTFRB Certificate of Public Convenience COMPLY
(CPC), in good running condition, suited for grains cargo
transport in consonance with Republic Act No. 10611 of The
Food Safety Act of 2013, do not have holes on the flooring and
free from objectionable odor, toxic and hazardous substance,
foreign matter/dirt and with flooring free from any protruding
objects.

2. Tarpaulins
A canvass/sheets which will serve as:
 Cover and protection of the grains cargo while in-transit;
and
 Matting to recover or retrieve sweepings and spillages
from truck floorings

3. Tools and Accessories

Fire extinguishers, wheel wrench, spare tires, early warning
device and other mechanical tools
B. Manpower
Provision of the following manpower at any given time to ensure
good performance.
1. Coordinator COMPLY
2. One (1) licensed truck driver/ heavy truck operator
per truck unit
3. One helper per truck unit
C. Delivery Period
Transfers of grains are completed within agreed travelling time COMPLY
corresponding to the distance from source to destination
D. Substitution/Replacement of Trucks
Provision of substitute trucks which must be of the same or
comparable make and of similar tonnage capacity for units not COMPLY
available for use by the NFA for whatever reason and/or additional
trucks to expedite completion of the awarded volume
