DESCRIPTION

Commensurate with the ARTICLE 22.2 of the CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR submits herewith
his CHANGE ORDER Request No. 075 (COR075) according to which CONTRACTOR
requests the adjustment of the CONTRACT PRICE, WORKS SCHEDULES, and
COMPLETION DATE of the CONTRACT AGREEMENT No. 2016/06.

Reasons leading to this CHANGE ORDER request are demonstrated hereinafter;

In reference to the original Scope of WORK expressed in Annexes 2 and 5 of the

CONTRACT, the HVAC according to Technical Specification submitted by Idom were
not in CONTRACTORS foreseen construction activities.

COMPANY transmitted information indicating the use of this HVAC Equipment for
Social Buildings (DRI, RM & MHS).

Further to the above, the CONTRACTOR has identified major changes resulting from
executing the items not included in the Original Scope of WORKS such as the Approved Bill
of Quantities and/or the ITB Documents, including but not limited to the following:

- The addition of new WORK items.

 - Impacts on the progress of the WORKS.

These changes constitute a modification to the CONTRACTOR’s original scope of WORKS,

and accordingly will incur cost and time implications on the CONTRACTOR.

Henceforth, in accordance with the abovementioned CONTRACT ARTICLE 22 “CHANGE

ORDERS” Notably Sub-Article 22.2 “CONTRACTOR-initiated CHANGE ORDERS”,
CONTRACTOR hereby requests from COMPANY to issue the duly entitled CHANGE
ORDER entailing the following:

- Incorporating the new items listed below to CONTRACT ANNEX 2.

- Amendment of CONTRACT Article 34 “CONTRACT PRICE’ to incorporate the updated
price difference. The subject CHANGE ORDER Request entails a CONTRACT PRICE
increase of $257,903.10 (United States Dollars, Two Hundred Fifty Seven
Thousand Nine Hundred Three and Ten Cents).

CONTRACTOR trusts that COMPANY is aware of the criticality and importance of the above
mentioned and duly entitled CHANGE ORDER, and kindly requests COMPANY to expedite
the APPROVAL of the subject CHANGE ORDER.

Therefore, COMPANY/ENGINEER are kindly requested to promptly APPROVE the

subject COR by issuing the duly entitled CHANGE ORDER, given that
COMPANY/ENGINEER have already informed that a CHANGE ORDER for new items
should be submitted before the start of the job.

a. Price include the supply, erection and testing of the below elements.
b. Civil Works are excluded and it will be invoiced separately.
c. Not all HVAC equipment for these buildings is included in this COR.

BASIS OF CALCULATION OF THE NEW PRICE

New price without any basis for extrapolation from the BOQ, has been done
according to Method 2 of “P1-BOP-IDS-G-GGGG-PP-0027- REV E- Change Order
Procedure for BOP” (see attached: Annex 1: “Method 2 Justification” and
Quotation).

SCHEDULE IMPLICATION

Contractor reserves his rights to entitlement for the schedule impacts and time
related cost associated with this CHANGE ORDER along with the effects of all
events occurred during the execution of the Works.
The schedule impacts and time related cost will be assessed and submitted in due
course in another CHANGE ORDER separately.

Annex 1 - Method 2 Justification:

This price has been calculated according to Method 2 of “P1-BOP-IDS-G-

GGGG-PP-0027- REV E- Change Order Procedure for BOP”, taking into
account the following factors:

Material Factor 1,3

Installation Factor 0,5

Selling price material = 1,3 x Material Price

Selling price installation = 1,3 x 0,5 x Selling price material

Material Prices are according the attached quotations from suppliers.
