Participants or senior high school students performed a dance numbers in front of

teachers, staffs and other students of Arellano University. I enjoyed our performance
because I improved my confidence even more but I'm still shy because I'm not good
enough for dancing we even took 3 weeks to practice for our Field demonstration. In the
first week only leaders of the class are allowed to have a practice for our Field
demonstration and I heard from my classmates that they will not going to dance but
when they knew that it will be our clearance and it has an additional grade then now
they are willing to join for the Field demonstration because it is a requirement for our
clearance to be signed from our information communication technology teacher and
physical education teacher.

We experienced different problems while we are practicing for our Field demonstration
first the unstoppable noise of the 11- humss3 we all know that humss3 is one of the
noisiest class I admit it and our class is hard to handle so while the two leaders Joshua
de Jesus and MELVIN MARATAS they are our first leaders while they are teaching us
the steps my other classmates are not listening so as our leaders they are shouting at
our classmates and telling them to join us because the Field demonstration will be
happening soon and we have not enough time. The class was so noisy but we achieved
to finish it in time. The second problem while we are practicing one of our classmates
experienced bullying we thought it is funny but it is not, one day she walks out of our
room and cry outside she cried outside because she's teased by one of our classmates
and that's the second problem we encountered. So on the third week we are now doing
practice with other section and strands GAS, HUMSS, SAD, ICT and STEM students.
Our first practice with other sections is held on the roof deck of Arellano University Rizal
hall it was a slightly successful practice with other sections. Second practice is held on
the Arellano parking lot that practice was not good because the other teachers are
disappointed because we are not dancing but the truth is we can't hear the music
because the speaker is not that loud enough so they thought we are not dancing
because we are lazy.

The third practice was held again on the parking lot it was a successful, sir IMBET was
glad seeing the performance of the11-humss 3 because everyone was moving and
dancing. The fourth practice was held on the roof deck it is the final practice with other
sections because the next day will be the general rehearsal, again it was a successful
practice I remember my classmate Roque is super hyper that time, when he will hear
the song "BOMBA" he would dance and he would disturb other students who is dancing
in front of him

The general rehearsal, the general rehearsal was held on the Arellano University
quadrangle I was surprised when we our going to be at the middle. After the general
rehearsal we go home early to prepare the things that we will be using for our
foundation day field demonstration. So the day has come the foundation day of Arellano
University it is held on February 21,2020 Friday and it is the for the Field demonstration
I came early at Arellano to prepare myself, I was the first person to enter the classroom
that day I was waiting for my classmate ANGELA PADAO because she has the short I
was going to wear it took an hour before she came, after she handed me the short I go
straight to the girls comfort room to change and after that I asked my classmate to braid
my hair and after that we stayed on room ph409 because we are waiting for our turn.

Other senior high school students are performing in the Arellano University quadrangle
and we are waiting patiently for our turn because we are the seventh performer for the
Field demonstration it took an hour before our turn. After an hour of waiting finally it is
the time to show our performance in front of other students, Teachers and school staffs.
We are having fun while dancing in the quadrangle I'm very proud for the unity of the
different sections, even if it's too hot in the quadrangle we enjoyed it very much because
it is the last dance and we are glad that the practice is over and our clearance is saved.
After are performance we went back to ph409 to get our things and go home early but
before we go home we change our clothes that we used because it is full of sweat and
before we lived we fixed ourselves first and rest for a minutes and decided to go home.

Field demonstration is also a big help to gain a confidence to a person in the field
demonstration in this way you can express yourselves by dancing and in field
demonstration I realized that even if you’re not that good enough in dancing you can
you can be able to join because I. Field demonstration it doesn't matter how good you
are in dancing the more important is the unity no matter how hard it was when you have
a unity you can fight as one and deliver your performance in a beautiful way. Actually
that was the first time I have experience a Field demonstration, in my former school we
never did a Field demonstration and also by the field demo we can communicate with
other people it helps us to socialize with other person's it helps gains our confidence to
talk to others and we can gain more friends from different strands and sections and in
dancing we can remove stress or we feel relieved I am so glad that I experienced field
demonstration.

The program was well organized and the flow of the program is good. All of the senior
high school students of Arellano University performs a different dance for the field
demonstration. The different strands had time to bond with other strands. While
practicing for field demonstration and in field demonstration since they are a lot of
groups they had an different costume like us we liked to make it simple so we just wear
a black shorts and white shirt and black scarf for our heads our costume is very simple
but our performance was so good, like they said costumes is not the base on your
performance.

While we are practicing the field demonstration we saw the struggles of the teachers
they spends their time guiding us and not only not the teachers but the assigned leaders
of every sections because they are teaching us the but most of the time our fellow
students are not listening to them so there are some points that we will repeat the music
for them and they are having a sore throat because they are shouting because they
want us to go to the floor and dance but nobody is listening to them the teachers and
the leaders are the one who does a lot of struggles in the field demonstration.

In the field demonstration we could see the unity of every strands and every groups. I
am glad because our school had that kind of activity where students can be as one that
they can spend their time together and get to know other students on the same school
but in different strand. We should be friends with other strands because we are in one
school I am very excited for the upcoming events of Arellano University. The teachers
and other school staffs are made so much efforts for this kind of events. The teachers,
especially, the MAPEH department help one another to come up with that theme, dance
steps, costumes and props.

I am glad that I experienced a field demonstration and i feel I improved my dancing

skills after that experienced. I wish next year will be a blast I wish that it would be more
fun and more friends to gain. Field demonstration has a lot of benefits to a student but
sometimes there are an problems that comes up like the bullying some are making fun
because you’re not good in dancing so they will tease and make fun of you they thought
it was fun but they didn’t realize that they’re hurting someone feelings so that was what I
saw while we are practicing.

I am thankful for the teachers and leaders that teach us the steps and guiding us to
make this field demonstration to look good they did a lot of sacrifices to make this
activity to become more organized it is a job well done to all of us I hope that my
dancing skills will improve more in the grade 12 field demonstration it is worth it seeing
everyone enjoying the music while dancing in the field demonstration until next year.
