B. Working Experience

April 2015 - - English and Bahasa Melayu Senoir Agent at PT VADS Indonesia
now My duties are handling calls, reporting customers complain and issue
related to telephone and internet connection. My customers are from
Malaysian, Indian, Chinese, European, and others. I also assist my
supervisor to do some tasks ocasionaly.

June, 2014 - English, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia teacher and scout
- trainer at Jakarta Islamic School for secondary level
January, As a teacher, my main duty is to teach the students. However, I do
2015 not merely teach I take care of my students, listen to their story,
interact and communicate with students, colleague and other staffs.
In addition, I am also responsible for the scout movement.

Feb, 2013 - Administration staff at PT. TRIYASA KARYA

– The company is an electrical and mechanical engineering company.
March, Here, I managed some administration issues: writing and preparing
2014 the documents and reports to join certain tender, controlling and
monitoring projects. The work really requires rigidity and care.
Mastering Microsoft office is a must in this field of work.

2012 - Tutor of TOEFL course at Unit Layanan Bahasa (Language Service

Unit), Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta
In this unit of language service, I trained students on how to pass
TOEFL test. The focus was to train and teach the students two macro
skills of English (listening and reading) and grammar.

- Tutor of Bahasa Indonesia in Bridging Course for Foreign

2011 Students (Darmasiswa Scholarship in International Office and
ASEAN students (Kemitraan Negara Berkembang Master Program
Scholarship) of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta
My task was to help and serve foreign students who come from
various countries in learning bahasa as their preparation to enroll
the study in UNY (Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta). In this program, I
also introduced cultures of Indonesia, including the dos and don’ts,
and some historical and cultural tourism places. As additional
information, the program has an annual event called International
Day, where all the students share, introduce and exhibit what their
country has.
