II: BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS

Francisco Oringo Sr. Elementary School established its morale and fame not
only in the Performance with regards to academic and other aspects but also in
terms of cleanliness and beautification being the “Modelo ang Paaralan Ko” second
 place in 2015 search for the Modelo ang Paaralan Ko in the Division of General
Santos City, and still continuously claims its fame in compliance and support to the
programs and project of the Department of Education, particularly the War on Waste
(WOW) program.
This project also enhances awareness on physical ability and fun by performing
such act in shooting the used bottle to the bin and most importantly the collected
garbage can also be sold and became a profit for Income Generating Project.
. Lastly, the initiator leads the ways in sustaining and supporting the school
programs and project in line with the School to School Partnership Program (SSPP)
School Improvement Plan (SIP) and programs of the Department of Education and
ensuring support from parents, pupils, teachers and principal.

111: PROJECT OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES
-This project aims to provide proper
place disposal of used plastic and
bottle.
- sustain its cleanliness and
beautification.
-gain income from garbage
-increase awareness of pupils on
proper waste segregation.
-be physically active and healthy
STRATEGIES
In order to achieve the goal, the
following steps must be accomplished

- communicating
- Purchasing of the materials, steel,
wire, welding rod and etc.
- forming, constructing/ welding
- Painting
- Installing the finished project on site
- documenting

IV: DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT

A. School
1. Proper waste disposal and segregation is possible, visible and
maintained.
2. The profit from this project will be given to school canteen to support
expenses such as school beautification.
3. Cooperation and discipline from the school community and
stakeholders.
4. Healthy habits and exercise are practiced and promoted.

B. Teachers
 1. This project is a venue of cooperation and discipline.
2. This will serve as bank of profit and teamwork.

C. Parents
1. Great awareness on the importance of proper waste segregation
2. Collecting waste is also a profit and self-discipline.
3. Cleaned environment is healthy environment

D. Pupils
1. Practice proper waste segregation and disposal
2. Foster self-discipline and cleanliness
3. Increase self-awareness and cooperation.
4. Playing while cleaning is possible and enjoying

II. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

The late delivery of the materials and weather condition made the delayed
of the construction of the project easier and fast, however, thorough follow up
and successive purpose on the part of the initiator and manpower the project
is realized and obtained.

Francisco Oringo Sr. Elementary School is conspicuously clean and orderly and
continuously finds its means to properly develop and maintain its cleanliness and
beautification in different aspects and strategies.
 Teachers, parents, pupils and school principal and even stakeholders work
collaboratively and cooperatively to sustain and maintain such identity and its
purpose for the good of the school children, school community and environment.
Proper waste management and segregation of solid waste which may contribute
a lot in the eco-friendly environment and foster great awareness of caring for the
environment on the part of the teachers, pupils and parents and community as whole.
Thus- the need to provide a stable Proper waste management system in the
visible area inside the school premises is important.
