WILL

I, SATYA PRAKASH PANDEY S/o Late Dr. R. K. Pandey, aged about 68

years, Presently residing at B-28, Sangam Apartments, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi
and the permanent resident of Sahia Post Takia, Block, Tehsel-Salampur,
District-Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, do hereby desire that THIS IS MY LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT made by me at New Delhi on this Twenty Seventh day of
June Two Thousand Fourteen (27.06.2014) of my free will consent, without any
pressure or coercion etc. in sound disposing state of mind.

Life is evanescent and uncertain, nobody knows when one’s end may came, and
I therefore, make this will in my perfect state of mind, and health and sound
disposing mind, without the pressure or persuasion of any body.

Whereas, after completion of my engineering course and taking my degree, I

worked in various departments like Andra Pradesh P.W.D., Uttar Pradesh
P.W.D. and Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department upto the July 2006.

I was married to Smt. ___________, and after my marriage with her, I

attained good reputation in the society and satisfied in all respects but out of that
wedlock we had no children and thus after the birth of my brother’s daughter
named Aditi Pandet date of birth 06.03.1989, Aditi Pandey was legally and
validly taken in adoption as per the customs and usages by me and my wife.

Since the day of adoption, Aditi Pandey is staying, living and brought up by me
only as if she is my natural daughter.

Till date I earned various movables and immovable properties and I also own
and possess several bank accounts in my name with various bank including one
locker in a bank, Fixed deposits with the banks, Life insurance policy in my
name and also a Pension Account in my name, whose details are as follows:
1. Saving bank Account having Account No. 053300360130033 with
Corporation Bank branch at George Town Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Saving bank Account having Account No. 32323551535, with State Bank
of India, branch at_________ New Delhi.

3. Saving bank Account having Account No. 10341476851, with State Bank
of India, University branch at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

4. Locker in Corporation Bank branch at George Town Allahabad, Uttar

Pradesh, having locker no. ___________.

5. Fixed deposit with ________________,.

6. Life Insurance policy having policy no. ____________.

The above said properties are my self-acquired properties and I own them and
so am competent to deal with the same.

My daughter named Aditi Pandey is unmarried and is living with me only.

I hereby bequeath, device and declare that after my demise, my daughter named
Aditi Pandey shall have all the rights to hold and to use all the income and
savings arises and which will also arise from the above mentioned bank
accounts, Fixed deposits, properties kept in locker, LIC and any other savings as
well as the all moveable assets belonging to me shall go and devolve only upon
my daughter named Aditi Pandey and Aditi Pandey shall be free to operate and
deal with the same. My daughter only daughter Aditi Pandey shall own and
possess the said properties as sole and exclusive owner thereof with a right to
dispose off the said properties in any manner she likes.

I hereby further bequeath, device and declare that the regular pension being
received by me after my retirement shall also go and devolve upon my daughter
named Aditi Pandey exclusively.

THIS WILL embodies my last wishes and therefore it should be given effect to
in terms hereof and nobody can challenge it. If anybody makes any counter
claim the same shall be treated as null, void, ineffective and inoperative. This
will has been read and understood by me and after fully understanding its
contents hereof, which are as per my wish the presence of the following
witnesses, who have also witnessed this will in my presence, on the day, month
and year mentioned above.
