When writing I have always had problems with the support arguments because
they are the basis on which the message or idea that I try to communicate is based. so, I
have chosen three scriptures that show my development of this ability. The first shows
my weakest work, the second shows more acceptable development, and the third is what
show a central argument but that is not evident. the supporting arguments wander in
what is expressed or, on the other hand, the argument is incomplete because it does not
have a clear direction, sentences are long and repetitive, and it also shows general
arguments that are not related at all to the thesis of the writing and the same goes for the
examples presented.
The second writing is a review of the movie In Time where a central argument
was raised to carry out the analysis that in this case was injustice, the arguments support
the central idea with a better development, but some arguments do not provide evidence
to the main idea by On the other hand, the arguments do not fully support the thesis of
the writing, wandering in what is expressed, making the main focus lose.
Finally, the third writing is a letter addressed to my future employer, this raises
arguments that convince about my hiring, the arguments presented express more soberly
with shorter sentences but that provide the precise words so that it does not deviate from
the main idea, The use of descriptive arguments is observed since the distinctive
characteristics are specified to detail skills and that the reader of the letter can imagine a
potential employee.
Reflection 2
Throughout the years as a university student I have taken many subjects related
to my career and others totally different from my career. During this time, I realized that
it is learned every day that general school subjects often lead to academic texts.
skills, therefore it is difficult for me to write, in addition to not having had an interest in
learning on this topic. By taking the Writing and Rhetoric class I have learned about
rhetoric concepts that improve my written texts. One of the skills that has been most
magazines, the Internet, etc. reason why I have learned to look for and to identify
sources that are trustworthy since now I identify the sources not only for the allocation
but also for other elements of the rhetorical situation because this has helped me to
identify in which context my article will be read. And what information I intend to
present, on the other hand, has helped me to identify the primary source such as
documents, original research, and also to identify secondary sources such as magazines,
articles, etc.
Although the professor clearly explained the theory, I have realized that I am
still not clear on the rules for the use of commas, it is a subject that still costs me a lot
since I have realized that there are differences with Spanish. To improve this, I have
proposed to learn the grammatical approach on this subject in this way reading books
and observing the position of the commas, on the other hand using mobile applications
to continue practicing.

Al escribir siempre he tenido problemas con los argumentos de soporte pues son la base
en donde se sustenta el mensaje o idea que trato de comunicar. Por lo que he elegido
divagan en lo que se expresa o por otro lado el argumento está incompleto al no tener
una dirección clara se utilizan oraciones son largas y repetitivas, además que muestra
argumentos generales que no se relacionan en nada con la tesis del escrito y los mismo
argumento central para realizar el análisis que en este caso fue la injusticia los
argumentos sustentan la idea central con una mejor desarrollo pero algunos argumentos
no aporta evidencia a la idea principal por otro lado los argumentos no termina de
Por último el tercer escrito es una carta dirigida a mi futuro empleador este plantea
de forma más sobria con oraciones más cortas pero que proveen las palabras precisas

escritos. Una de las habilidades que me a resultado más útil es aprender a buscar en
fuentes.
Hoy en día existe mucha información en diferentes presentaciones como libros, revistas,
internet, etc. por lo que he aprendido a buscar e identificar fuentes que sean confiables
ya que ahora identifico la fuentes no solo por la asignación si no también por otros
va a ser leido mi articulo y que información pretendo presentar, por otro lado me ha
Aunque el profesor explicó claramente la teoría me he dado cuenta que aun no tengo
claro las reglas para la utilización de comas, es un tema que todavía me cuesta bastante
pues me he dado cuenta que hay diferencias con el español. para mejorar esto he
planteado aprender el enfoque gramatical sobre este tema de está forma leer libros y
