 The pain point has been well identified and target market
has also been well specified. However there seems to be a

lack of innovation in the idea (proposed solution) as its just
another uber but for printing solutions.
The overall idea seems lacking connection with ground
realities. The target market of all companies and all students
seems too broad and the pain points from organizations side
also don’t seem realistic. The solution lacks innovation as it

is something already being done by rozee.pk and other
platforms as well. Also, the practicality of its
implementation in terms of quality assurance seems like a
next to impossible challenge to cater for.
 The idea is already being implemented by FoodPanda and
also other online plstforms like EatMubarak. There is no
value proposition whatsoever and hence the problem

statement about lack of an online platform is false. The
identified customer segments hence cannot drive value from
this venture until some radical innovation happens.
 Although the idea is vey much similar to an already existing
startup called Screen-It being run by one of my batchmates,
however the innovation in here is the concept of providing
real time impressions for data analysis. This in practical
terms sound extremely difficult to achieve because of
technological constrains, complexity of implementation and

area for error in reporting measured impressions (e.g.
Facebook reports impression even if the post has been just
scrolled by). This can make MNCs vary of the results
assuming it is even possible to bring and install such
technology in rides. Overall the idea seems too ambitious for
its own good.

I do not agree with the pain points as they are in conflict
with their target market. The pain points talk about being
cost effective, but the solution and target segment give a

vibe of being a premium service. Also there is serious lack
of innovation as the customization and consultancy they talk
about is offered by every brand that operates in this market.
Pain points and target market are well identified but the
G7 solution sounds like getting a home from any well repeated  2
builder on turn key basis hance lacks innovation.
