while you may not perhaps agree with me on constitutional matters in so far they may be different then your
views, do keep in mind that as a self-educated constitutionalist I have learned that often the general views
most academia and judges/lawyer/politicians have are utterly incorrect.

The notion that the Commonwealth of Australia is some country is constitutional nonsense.

The notion that “Australian citizenship” is a nationality is a constitutional nonsense, and somehow declared
by the 1988 Royal Commission that it “ASSUMED” the Commonwealth had legislative powers to
define/declare “Australian citizenship“ as a nationality, this, even so “Australian citizenship” is constitutionally
not a nationality at all but a “POLITICAL UNION” that is “AUTOMATICALLY” derived from when a person
obtains State citizenship, by birth or later by legal process of a State. The constitution never provided for a
Royal Commission to alter the meaning and/or application of the constitution!

Neither can the Commonwealth of Australia be a republic, republican monarchy, monarchy or anything but a
“POLITICAL UNION”!

For better or for worse we are and remain to be “Subjects of the British Crown” and not even a s128
referendum can alter this. It is beyond the scope of s.128 to achieve this. Neither can the British Parliament
alter the meaning and/or application of the first 8 parts of the Constitution Act if this were to interfere with the
meaning/application of the constitution (part 9). Hence it is embedded in the constitution that we are and
remain to be “Subjects of the British Crown”.

There is lots more but for now going into the new year I would urge you that before you were to embark upon
any kind of constitutional education course for others you do make darn sure you and others do actually
grasp what the constitution is about. And as such forget about a constitutional monarchy/empire because the
constitution doesn’t allow for this either. We are and remain to be a “POLITICAL UNION” AND NOTHING
ELSE.
