1. How do you convert your Weaknesses in to your Strengths?

I think my strengths are in my ability to understand the

intent of a project, master the details, and organize and
pursue a well-developed project plan. My weakness
might be that I can be a little impatient with people
who don´t keep their commitments, although I´m
learning that I get better results by being tactful and
persistent in asking questions, rather than making
demands.

2. Where do you see yourself in five years??

My long-term goals involve growing with a company

where I can continue to learn, take on additional
responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I
can.

I've done my research on what it's like working for
