“Contributory Factors for Towing Vehicle in Muntinlupa City”

Team Leader: John Kenneth R. Relos

Members: Jayson F. Cabrera
Marc Andrew B. Santos

JUSTIFICATION: Reason why you choose the CSAR’s Title.

We, the researchers that was assigned at Towing Division of Muntinlupa Traffic
Management Bureau will conduct the case study with the title of Factors that leads Towing
Division tow the vehicle at Alabang, Muntinlupa City. As we conduct our duty hours at Towing
Division, we noticed that although the people knew that Towing Division of MTMB exists they are
still breaking the rules and regulations they are implementing.

(IMPROCED PARAGRAPH: The researchers are presently undergoing their On-the-

Job Training (OJT) at the Towing Division, Muntinllupa Traffic Management Bureau (MTMB) and
personally observed that motorists continue to ignore City Ordinances pertaining to traffic and
violates traffic rules and regulations implemented by MTMB in Muntinlupa City.)

The Towing Division has a responsibility to punish those who breaks the law in illegal
parking and those vehicles that obstructs the road. They already put a signage and conducting
patrol around the vicinity of Muntinlupa City. We want to know what are the factors that leads them
to still break the laws even though they already have a knowledge about it. We also want to
reveal in this case study what are the needed actions to prevent them from breaking the laws and
additional effort needed by the Towing Division in order to make them effective.
( NOTA BENE: Is it true that the Towing Division has the authority to punish erring
motorists? Please rephrase, revised and improve this paragraph. Identify one of the common
factors why MTMB tows vehicles? State your issues and concerns noted while undergoing OJT at
Towing Division, MTMB. )

ACCESSIBILITY: Availability or easy access to information in relation with the case study on
hands.

The information we needed to finish this case study can be gathered by interviewing
the employees of Towing Division. They already know why there are still people breaking the laws
even though the Towing Division exists since they are the ones who communicates with the
violators. We can also gather information by interviewing the violators, to know their perspective
and what are their opinions about the effort of Towing Division.

(NOTA BENE: You should conduct interview on any concerned personnel of the
Towing Division, MTMB with regard to your issues and concerns. By interviewing these people
you can have access to information you needed in writing your CSAR. Please site the Full Name
and Position of the person interviewed. Likewise the information given during the interview). )

By coordination and cooperation of all my members, we can gather enough data to

finish this case study and meet all of our expectations and results in the end of this case study.

(NOTA BENE: This paragraph should be under the DOABILITY poerion.)

DOABILITY: The feasibility of the Case Study

Our group has decided to do a case study with the title “Factors that leads Towing
Division tow the vehicle at Alabang, Muntinlupa City”, and we are motivated to do this case study
because we are also curious at the same time. All of my members including me are also
knowledgeable in computer related works, we already know where to gather information/data
needed in our case study and we have the support of the employees of the Towing Division, that is
why we are confident that we can finish this case study.

(IMPROVED PARAGRAPH: The nature of our assignment in Towing Division, MTMB

is a great factor to give as full access to information needed in order to finish our Case
Study/Analysis Report in a given period of time. The rapport that developed between the
researchers and the organic personnel at MTMB is a good contributory factor complete the task in
due time.)
