Piezo Actuators
CoreMorrow piezo actuator is very suitable for integration into custom-made sports equipment,

Piezo Nanpositioning Stage

High-precision piezo nanopositioning stage uses piezoelectric ceramics as the driving source, and

and XYZ axes, which can achieve nanometer resolution and positioning accuracy. The aperture
version is suitable for the positioning and adjustment of light-transmitting precision optical
devices, biological microscopy and optical microscopy imaging systems.

Piezo Tip/tilt Stage/FSM

Piezoelectric tip/tilt stage/FSM is combined with piezoelectric ceramic flexible hinges for precise
angle adjustment to achieve single-axis or multi-axis angular deflection movements, small
compensation, high motion accuracy and stability, and submicron radians Resolution, suitable for

Piezo Controller
CoreMorrow will provide a variety of drive controllers according to different applications and

analog input or digital input, has power amplification function, and the output voltage and
