Subject: Development of Learning Resources and Survey on Alternative

Learning Delivery Modes

1. Pursuant to DepEd’s Sulong Edukalidad and its battle cry on the

continuous delivery of quality basic education, DepEd-CAR through the
CLMD-LRMS and its Project MAIDEN calls on all Schools Divisions to
plan for contingency measures relative to curriculum implementation and
learning delivery should the quarantine period be extended until the first
quarter of the next school year.
2. In connection, SDO Curriculum Implementation Divisions, through the
Learning Resource Management Sections are requested to facilitate the
development of Learning Resources by all teachers prioritizing First and
Second Quarters. The learning resources shall be K to 12 competency-
based modular type, which may be delivered through online or offline
modes.
3. CID - Learning Resource Management Section in the Divisions shall serve
as the focals for this task. As such, they must provide guidance to the
teachers in the preparation of the expected LR modules in accordance
with the Design and Development Standards of the Bureau of Learning
Resources. A sample template, culled from the LR Working Manual is
attached for easy reference.
4. Learning Resource Inventory of each Division shall be updated regularly
and mechanism for access shall be in place. LR focals shall update the
Regional Office CLMD-LRMS of the status of module development
through clmd.depedcar@gmail.com
5. To further guide the RO and SDOs in planning for contingency measures
on curriculum implementation and learning delivery, School Heads and
teachers are required to fill out the Quick Survey Form on Probable
Learning Delivery Mode while Teaching From Home (TFH) through this
link: https://bit.ly/2WPAsLb. The link is open until April 17, 2020.

6. For other related information, please refer to Regional Memorandum No. 089,
s. 2020 on the Guidelines in the Utilization of DepEd Commons and the
Regional Advisory dated March 13, 2020 on the Access link for Locally
developed LRs.
7. It is requested that Division LR Teams should stay in close coordination with the
Regional LR team for updates regarding Learning Resources.
8. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
