I transferred $5.5k via cash which should be in your account very quick to cover rent and a small amount of living expenses. ie to keep
food on the table.
Note:
- Rent: The bank address didn't line up with the swift code. (See screen shots)
-health insurance: Skip a month or two AND reduce as much as possible.
- Leave doctor for a month (since you have what you need), we can pay after we get some income in a few weeks. reduce his service
level. My doc charges $100 max per visit once a month. A dollar saved is a dollar earned.
- living expenses, I'll pay $900/wk until we launch tix.(900 represents the total household 5000 expenses minus 1800 per month for
health insurance which should be reduced and delayed equals 3200 plus some extra fat ie 900 instead of 800 per week)
- This will get you by until we launch tix and some merch.
- Let me know if you receive notices
- When you arrive here we'll set up new structures so all future money you make you will keep.

Dear Dan,

I am stunned to receive this. As so often, just when I feel like we are getting somewhere, you renege on an agreement and change
course. This time, the fallout is going to be more serious. I find working with you absolutely infuriating. We have periods of intense
cameraderie and brotherhood, and moments you seem to genuinely care and make serious overtures about working together
profitably for years to come. Then you destroy it all with your next email.

Over the course of the past 24 hours, you have deliberately misled me on a number of occasions. This email details some of the
immediate consequences.

Firstly, your wire. This is not what we agreed on multiple fronts and it is not acceptable. Furthermore, you have purposefully deceived
me at several points today.

1. Why did you deduct $2,000, without telling me, from the amount we agreed you would wire? You told me the agreed amount was on
the way. This is dishonest.

I will have no way or paying my cleaning lady or paying back the loan for my phone bill. These are not optional expenses. You must
send another installment of money and you must do it now. This amount does not include ANY food on the table. It will be entirely
consumed the second it arrives with commitments I made because you promised to send me the agreed amount and I acted
accordingly.

In addition, this payment was NOT intended to include rent, which was in addition to this $7,500 payment. You told me I’d be able to
give the landlord proof of your transfer today. Was that a lie? Why did you go back on your word? When did you discover, as you are
now claiming, that you have insufficient information to complete the transfer?

2. Medical expenses. How could you not pay my doctor and then repeatedly not tell me over text when I said I presumed he had been
paid? I have critical ongoing medical conditions that require my physician’s attention on a regular basis. You do not know this because
you did not ask. This is not your decision to make. You do not live in America. Healthcare here is not subsidized. You must pay my
doctor and you must do it now. There is no “service level” to reduce. My doctor charges $10,000 a year to cover me and John. The
$2,500 installment plan was a favor he did me due to financial hardship.

To equivocate over medical expenses, of all things, and mark them as “non-urgent,” shows a lack of basic human understanding and
common sense. How do you know John doesn’t receive daily care for a chronic condition? Or that he doesn’t need medication next
week (he does, in fact)?

3. You cannot set an arbitrary figure for my living expenses without discussion with me. This is unacceptable. You have no idea what
any of my day to day expenses are. You have no idea about anything until we have spoken in detail, line by line, about my weekly and
monthly commitments. You know nothing about any of this.

4. You have no understanding of American health insurance. You cannot “delay” payments. You lose coverage for the entire year if you
do not pay. Will you provide a written undertaking to cover any and all medical bills in the case that I, John or my stepson gets cancer,
or loses an arm in a car accident? If not, you must stop this insanity.

And you say there will be no more money until you get what you want - tickets on sale - a full two weeks away, at which point I will be
in arrears and my husband’s credit cards will be fucked. This cannot happen.

5. We will not be ignoring the AmEx bill. We will be paying it in full.

6. We will not be ignoring my UK mortgages. We will be continuing payments, on time.

You have been consciously deceptive in this process and this is the worst kind of bad faith because it was in furtherance of a business
objective: today, you lied by omission multiple times in our text conversation in order to procure a contract. This is simply unlawful.

You will not be allowed to drip feed me funds so that I am like a child asking for pocket money. I have serious, ongoing expenses and if
you cannot commit to meeting these obligations our deal will not proceed. You will need to produce $30,000 total by August 8 as we
agreed. This is not negotiable.

ACTIONS YOU MUST NOW TAKE:

1. Please pay my doctor immediately.

2. I also require you to cash wire another $14,500 as soon as the bank opens Tuesday for arrival Wednesday.

3. You will attend a conference call with me at 4pm Eastern Time on Tuesday at which we will agree to a payment schedule.
Failure to adhere to this schedule will result in the immediate cancellation of our agreements.

I am shocked by your lack of transparency and plain dealing. To say nothing of your poor judgment and bad decision making: you have
arbitrarily made decisions about my health and well-being on the basis of no evidence whatsoever. In addition, your cash flow makes
deranged assumptions like Google payouts of $33,000 a month when you have been informed repeatedly that this is a one off large
payment.

With this sort of underhanded behavior you will never have anything close to executive authority over my affairs. And if this is your idea
of getting financial stress out of the way so I can focus calmly on my responsibilities, you are failing in every imaginable way.

I have never been more panicked or stressed about finances than I was upon receiving this email.

I will require documentary evidence of both transfers, totalling $20,000, and evidence my doctor has been paid, all by 12 noon
Tuesday. If you do not fulfill these conditions, our agreements are off.

In the meantime, your access to my social media accounts has been restricted. For the time being, as a gesture, I continue to allow
you access to Google Admin and the hosting account. But you are forbidden from accessing these accounts without prior approval.
You are also for the time being forbidden from using my name or likeness on any products, websites or marketing materials.

I have lost confidence in your good faith. I am now starting to lose it in your trustworthiness, too. Please act now to save our working
relationship.

At an absolute bare minimum, I need you to pay two months’ rent, pay the doctor and send another $10k by cash wire, the latter the

I am currently launching a website single-handed and have no time for emotional drama that will make me even more stressed out and
upset.

You should act quickly. It will go a very long way to repairing things. I will be happy to discuss every expense in minute detail when I’m
done with the website launch, including how I am spending the money you send now. But I need you to fulfill your obligations now,
without delay, so that we can move on from this gut-wrenching 24 hours.

It really isn’t confusing.

What you did today, in addition to it being a really shitting thing to do, was illegal. You led me to believe at least three things that were
not true about things you had or would pay for (and you did this knowingly), then you asked for a signed contract “before I send any
more money,” when what you meant was “send any money.”

That’s contract fraud.

I’ve told you in these emails what I need from you. Will you give a straight yes or no answer? Will you do them first thing tomorrow?
