How to send items back to us

Cut out the return label and affix it to the outside of your return.
As a dangerous good, this product is subject to special return conditionsthat you need to consider. If possible, use the
original Amazon packaging to return the product. This has the necessary imprints and packaging for the transport of this
product. If the original Amazon packaging is damaged, please use a new package. All containers that are under pressure or
filled with liquids or other spillable substances must be securely closed to prevent the contents from escaping during
transport. Please pack the product so that it cannot move freely in the package. It is best to use filler or newspaper to fill
in the spaces. If you are returning multiple dangerous items, it is important to send them back individually, not together in
one package, to comply with legal requirements.
Check that the label is securely attached to the address page of your shipment. Make sure that previous addresses and
barcodes are covered and that the return label does not protrude over the edge.
Dangerous goods package label: If you use the original packaging from Amazon, you do not need any special labeling. If
you do not use the original packaging, please print out the hazardous goods label and stick it on one side of the package
(not above or below).
For goods with a value of more than 40 EUR, please submit your shipment in a traceable manner (as a package).
Regardless of the type of your return, please keep the posting slip or the receipt.
If your battery is damaged or defective, do not send it back to Amazon. Please contact customer service for further
instructions.
To return to Amazon, repack the item in the original packaging from the manufacturer in which it was delivered. If the
original packaging is not available, pack the item securely in a sufficiently padded box to avoid damage to the item in
transit.
You can also return parcels with a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm with the prepaid return label via a DHL Packstation.
Please only include the items listed below in the package to avoid delays in processing the return. Items that are not listed
can be returned via the online return center.
