Teachers personality and qualities plays a huge roll in the

education system due to the cultural diversity among the
students, so there isn’t just one main determinant factor
stablished for being a great teacher but, in general terms a
teacher should be inspiring, honest, intellectual and
empathic, and should have the ease of communicating and
explaining efficiently the different topics so the students
can understand it well.
