3 Machine beams are supported for more than 150mm at both the ends in RCC block or in rear wall
4 Sockle of machine foundation RCC block is as per GAD. Plastering is done neatly.
5 Tie down bolts are clear in machine holes from all the sides.
6 Position of rubber pads is as per GAD.
7 Position of kick angles is as per GAD. Fixed properly.
8 Main rope cutouts are finished and raised up nearly by 50mm above m/c room floor slab
9 Deflector pulley cab be easily removable in future for maintenance purpose.

12 Deflector pulley is parallel to main sheave.
13 Centers of main sheave and deflector pulley is in one line.

CWT rail center is matching with deflector rail center. ( Left to right tolerance is only 1mm )
