Conformity Assessment Instructions

(CAI)

 Manufacturer has his QMS certified (ISO 9001)

 Copy of Quality control report shall be provided (Routine tests) and shall demonstrate effectiveness of
the conformity system, and List of test equipment (name of the apparatus, name of related test,
manufacturer name, model number…) demonstrating the availability of the necessary equipment to
perform the required tests.
