NOTES
1. The above service charges are exclusive of Transport Charges,TA/DA, transit and lodging charges. 4. TA/DA will be charged as per working days
2. Transport charges will be as under : 5. Accomodation / Night stay charges will be charged as per rule.
a) For TSG Vehicle Rs 60/KM (including vehicle depreciation cost , POL, Driver Pay & Allowances etc ). 6. Overall Charges = Fixed Charges + Variable Charges
b) Journey by Air , Rail or rented vehicles will be charged on actual basis. 7. Company Fee @30% of Fixed Charges/Man Hour Charges will be charged for private works in addition to Normal Charges
c) In case of vehicle provided by the client , no transport charges will be claimed. 8. Charges for activities not covered as above list will be computed according to the services rendered.
3. Transit Charges will be charged as per days of travelling. 9. Time spent on any work that was contractor's responsibility will be charged seperately.
