Before I started the redesign, Orange app had 

low rating (3.1 in google play) and poor reviews. 

Main findings from user tests of the app:


• Problems with architecture design readability 


of data and overall usability.
• Users needed to scroll a lot and go to 

different parts of the app to find basic 

informatons about their account, payments, etc.
• It didn’t look as an official Orange app
