Abstract: Sistemele fără pilot transformă rapid modul în care se duc războaiele pe tot globul - fie că sunt drone
stealth de înaltă tehnologie operate de armata americană sau un quadcopter comercial ieftin modificat de rebeli
din Siria pentru a transporta bombe improvizate. În următoarea decadă utilizarea intensivă a sistemelor
autonome va fi o practică standard în operațiunile militare. Acest lucru este confirmat de numeroase utilizării ale
vehiculelor aeriene fără pilot în Afganistan, Irak, Libia și Siria. În acest articol, vom arunca o privire rapidă
asupra principalelor categorii de sisteme fără pilot și a posibilelor misiuni pe care le pot indeplini, cu accent pe
sistemele UAV.

Abstract: Unmanned systems quickly transform the way of wars evolution all over the world - even if they are
high technology stealth drones operated by the U.S. Army or a cheap commercial quadcopter modified by rebels
from Syria for carrying their improvised bombs. In the next decade the intensive use of autonomous systems will
be a standard practice in military operations. This fact is confirmed by the extensive use of unmanned aerial
vehicles in Afghanistan, Irak, Lybia and Syria. In this article, we will take a quick look over the principal types
of unmanned systems and the possible missions that they can perform, especially on UAV systems
