Portfolio
Leading in the Information Age. We now live in an age where all people
are better informed and more willing to challenge authority, traditional
values and convention. Diversity helps innovation but challenges some
organisational preconceptions. Extant hierarchical structures are viewed
as possibly impeding the organisational agility necessary to adapt to new
requirements.

Human-Machine Leadership. Future leadership will be considered from

a Human-Machine teaming and interface perspective; development and
impact of AI on the leader-follower dynamic; and the ability of the
human to understand and to lead in a ‘machine speed warfare’
environment.

Leading in the Grey-Zone. The ability to work within the bounds of a

more complex domestic and international legal environment. Ethical
issues, from corporate liability to the legitimacy of force of arms will test
the resolve of leaders more and more.
