HEALTH & SAFETY

There is not many health and safety risks that could occur at this location. Due to the regular
visits from young children, the home owners have ensured that their house is safe and
‘accident proof’. However, I will make sure that I am aware of any hazards and fix them
before starting to film.

ACCESSIBILITY

The home can be accessed by foot, car or bus. There is an easily accessible driveway and
garage located at the front of the building. Besides this, there is a bus stop two minutes
away from the location.

FACILITIES

There are four clean and working toilets/bathrooms located on the ground and upper floor
of the location. There are also working taps for refreshments when needed.

Besides this, there is a supermarket (Co-op) which is approximately a ten minute walk away
from the house. The shop offers a variety of readily made meals such as sandwiches and
pastas, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Seating can be obtained in the ground floor living room or dining room, or the upper floor
bedroom for filming or personal purposes.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

For this production, there is no need to inform the police or other governmental
organisations.

The building is not able to be accessed using a wheelchair. However, this is not an issue for
the filming that will be commencing on this date

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
CAMERA NOTES:

We need some extra space around the camera in order to ensure that our shot won’t be cut
off in premier pro. As well as this, we need to ensure that we have a large battery time, so
that our camera doesn’t cut off easily without us noticing.
Suggested Equipment:

- Portable charger.
- Iphone camera.

SOUND NOTES:

The sound needs to be minimal in order for us to have the ability to work with no
distractions.

LIGHTING NOTES:

Extra lighting may be needed after noticing this within the test shoots. However, it will be a
case of experimenting at the time.
