Why Modern Art is so Bad?

I do agree with Robert Florczak that modern art is became worse as time passes.
Modern art now is often used to launder money, its quality does not really matter,
value is no longer correlated to excellence but to what buyers/sellers agree a
certain painting is worth. These artists who create modern art is a crap, they think
of the meaning behind their piece after they created it rather than think. of the
meaning before creating their piece. The problem of modern art today is that it
asks the question, “what does it mean?”, Instead of classical art asking you, “how
does it make you feel?”.

Why Modern Art is so Bad? Modern art is based on value and not the skill of the
artist. It's the same reason works of modern art are more valued the more insane
the artist is and why price goes up if they commit suicide. The people buying
them are not purchasing them for how pretty they are they buying them as
investments. The people appraising them base their value on how the artist
presents himself, what circles the artist is currently in, is he in the news, does he
do drugs and will likely die soon. The fact of it is they’re not art any more, but
pieces of art if you know what I mean. More like bars of gold, rather than a statue
made of gold. There was a point where a lot of these paintings wouldn't be hung,
they were stored and resold once the artist died. Their sold like stock or a
commodity. The person who buys doesn't even know the value. Hence it
perpetually encourages any and all styles of art no matter how radical or unusual.

I believe that there is an art for each one of us, some prefer Mona Lisa as their
work of art, some prefer a landscape with beautiful detailing and lighting as their
art, some prefer a bunch of squiggly lines their art. But the true value of the paint
on canvas comes to be known when the arts pulls you towards it, it stirs some
emotion in you, and the longer you stay lost on it, forgetting everything you have
ever known, just floating in this feeling of the art, the more it's value is to you. Its
true value is different for each individual. You can choose not to pay it, you can to
hate on it because everyone else hate it. I have seen many modern arts so ugly,
and many traditional arts is superficial, that I now know that art cannot be judged
by a standard, cannot be sold. Only money can be given in exchange for
possessing it, so you can stare for hours and hours inside your home, without
seeming weird to people.

I also believe that a rock can be beautiful or inspiring, beauty can be found in
anything but that doesn't make it worth $10 million. It's still just a rock, matter of
fact, that doesn't make it "art" either because art is at very least something
created by a person from their imagination.

I can't help but to notice that the decline of the artistic seems to be dip
substantially. I have blamed computers for making modern art the atrocity that it
is. Especially this day and age, with 3D vector graphics, computers can create so
hyper realistic, that it can be difficult for a person to tell the difference between a
computer-generated image and an actual photograph. Can you achieve that level
of realism by hand? No, nobody can, it's physically to hand draw or paint
something as well a computer can create something. So, I think what happened
is that artists just "gave up" given that they can't hand draw as well as a
computer. Art stopped being realistic when computers became at creating
realistic images than painters.
