1. Status of land- barren or not?

2. Nearby establishments around the STP
3. Sketch/ Layout Plan showing location of STP and features
4. Land use – commercial/residential as per latest Master Plan of Bihar
5. Total land area with the breakup:
➢ Total Area
➢ Built up area
➢ Roads
➢ Utilities
➢ Green Belt Area
➢ Vacant area , if any

6. Disposal point of treated sewage

7. Geographical Coordinates
8. Nearest Water Body
9. Archeological monuments, if any- distance and direction, if there
10. Any endangered flora/fauna nearby (10 km distance)
11. Any defence installations nearby?
12. Length of Sewer and nos. of Pumping Stations
13. Resettlement/ rehabilitation required?

Chapter-3:

1. Locations nearby (villages) project for Air/Water/Soil and noise sampling- 4

locations for each village
