I would like to formally request for the official Transcript of Stenographic Notes for
the proceedings in the case of Uhlan Clasang et al v. Adelmo Laput et al, docketed as
Civil Case No.__________ for Injunction.

I request for such records covering the trial dates on December 10, 11, and 12,
2019, and such other trial dates to be set by the court in the future, with preference
to an advance production of the three dates herein mentioned.
