CJ840C is intended for engine control units with direct gasoline injection. The integrated circuit contains
power switches, a current control for the high-pressure injection valves (HPIV) and further peripheral
functions.

CJ840C enables the control of gasoline direct injection engines with 4-cylinders. Engines with 3-, 5- or 6-
cylinders can also be controlled by adding a second CJ840C.
