SUMMARY OF THE PROBLEM

Because of the fast-growing technology we have today, it can be one of the

possible threats towards employment. For example, Automation Technologies are
much better and it costs less than human workers especially in terms of bonuses,
insurance, incentives and etcetera. And because of that, numbers of companies
would prefer machines more instead of employing workers.
Based on McKinsey Global Institute where they conducted a two year study
about it, found out that intelligent agents and robots can replace 30% of the
world’s workforce. Some of the factory workers, telemarketers and other jobs that
are automatable are already replaced by A.Is.

With the modern technology and continuous advancements, the increasing

number of organizations are beginning to adapt and expand their use of
artificial intelligence (A.I) tools and services. Despite of the A.I’s proven
potential for enhancing business’ efficiency and decision-making, it has
some issues in businesses.
