H) Hardware such as a mouse and keyboard are used to get data into the computer and are

such as a monitor or printer.

K) ROM is permanent memory that is used to store Information that are


needed to start up the computer.

L) RAM is fast temporary memory that is used to store data and applications that

M) RAM memory loses its contents when the power is switched off because it is
Volatile .

N) ROM memory does not lose its contents when the power is switched off because it is
Non-Volatile .

known as Cloud Computing .

W) Streaming Music is where users play music directly from the Internet rather than
downloading it to their computers.

X) Documents created using Google Docs are stored Remotely on the Internet. This
means they can be accessed anywhere and at any time.

Y) An E-Reader is used to view E-books.

Z) Two advantages of E-books are that they Save Paper and are Cheaper to
buy.
