JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, EXPEDITO V. DUETES, 60 years old, resident of Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur and
SHIRLEY E. LAGAHIT, ______ years old of legal, with residence ______________ after being sworn in
accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. That We ELEONOR L. DINALAYAN because she is our office mates at National Commission on
Indigenous People-Region XIII Butuan City, until this date ;

2. That we know that she and the deceased SAMUEL ANDAYA were living together under a
common-law-releationship from year _______ to 2019, and such relationship had been known and
witnessed by our friends and some relatives in Butuan City and Agusan del Sur;

` 4. _____Dodong_________ was born out of their cohabitation, and the child is now 7 years old
under the custody of ELEONOR L. DINLAYAN.

8. That we are not interested in these matters either directly or indirectly and that we execute
this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, to support ELEONOR L. DINLAYAN’S rightful
claim due for her and their son, and for any other legal purposes
