The source of the problem

On March 28, 2020, we received notification of performance for the following list: Notification of withdrawal of
restricted products

ASIN: B07L54J1TW, SKU: FIT-9, Title: "FIT9 Sascha Fitness Capsules | Collagen Support | Fluid Balance | Fit 9
Ingredients - 120 Natural Capsules"

We were told that:

"This product has been identified as containing ""Ginkgo Biloba"" under one of its names. The sale of dietary
supplements with this ingredient is prohibited on Amazon.com.mx. If you wish to list this product as an herbal
remedy please contact Seller Support and provide a copy of the Health Registration issued by COFEPRIS.

After this we verify compliance for the product and request a new product without the prohibited ingredients from
our supplier, a technical data sheet of the new product without the prohibited ingredients in our country is
attached. (Product adapted for our country) We listed the new product with the ASIN B086TRGTZF however being
the same name FIT9 although this product was adapted for our country they related it directly with it previous
ASIN B07L54J1TW of the product that had the ingredient Gingko Biloba and they blocked our account.We assume
the responsibility and have taken the necessary actions.

The origin of the problem


On March 28, 2020 we received the performance notification for the following listing: Notification of
withdrawal of restricted products

ASIN: B07L54J1TW, SKU: FIT-9, Title: "FIT9 Capsules Sascha Fitness | Collagen Support | Fluid
Balance | Fit 9 Ingredients - 120 Natural Capsules"
They indicated that:
"This product has been identified as containing" "Ginkgo Biloba" "under one of its names. The sale of food
supplements with this ingredient is prohibited on Amazon.com. If you wish to list this product as an herbal
remedy, please contact Support to the Seller and provide a copy of the Sanitary Registry issued by
COFEPRIS.

After this we verify compliance for the product and request a new product without the prohibited
ingredients from our supplier, a technical sheet of the new product and invoice from purchase are
attached (Invoice # 110165 - FIT9.pdf) without the prohibited ingredients in our country. (Product adapted
for our country) We listed the new product with the ASIN B086TRGTZF, however, since the name is the
same as FIT9, although this product was adapted for our country, they related it directly to the previous
ASIN B07L54J1TW of the product that had the ingredient Gingko Biloba and blocked us. We take
responsibility and have taken the necessary actions.
